Although I am still hunting more airdrops, y'all already know that NOT airdrop blessed us with a good price. No one got bad allocation, but I guess it's according to the tapping effort they have made.. Similarly, these days the airdrop came back again with DOGS. Which I am sure you guys have already seen it thousands of times.. So tell me your strategies guys, it would be helpful to know more about how you use airdrop funds.

I'm not happy with DOGs airdrop because the money was very small and I couldn't use it for anything big. I know I got the money for free but still why did they not do like Notcoin and distribute good amount to their supporters for it to be worth it. We give projects our efforts and promote them to make them popular and they just send us small money when they make millions from our promotion by selling tokens that they just minted to investors. I don't like it when my efforts looks like a waste to me.

What I do with my Airdrops money is, I trade them when I get them to stablecoin and wait for the price of the token to fall before I use a smaller portions to rebuy and then I hodl. Before deciding if I was going to sell or wait for some increase, the allocation has to be big so I can sell and not regret selling of the tokens  if it starts to increase.

Absolutely right, where such airdrops distributed 80% tokens for their community members that means several millions of holders in every project, so there are no way to hold such tokens because price will hardly dumping when holders will start sell their tokens. I didn’t hold DOGS coin, i sold instantly and now price is huge down.

I think that’s a smart move, very few of them survive and go up quickly after listing, even though personally I see DOGS coin is still quite good if someone wants to come back in and buy the coin for now even though there are many other good project choices with lower prices.

What must be avoided at this time is that there are too many projects like that appearing every day and unfortunately that is also our mistake when choosing one of them, especially when we are not selective in observing it properly.
For me then i wont really be that always having that kind of positive approach towards projects that been after having that kind of situation on which after it gets listed specially if it do hit up Tier 1 exchange
then i would really be considering that those prices that peaked up will really be considered its ATH and it would be taking up some time for the price would be able to touch it up specially that the community who do
recieve that AD will definitely be that sell off their bags and to those who had bought on the presale and thats why you could really expect that there would really be that a dump and since its having that multiple
exchange listing then you could say that this would really be the peak of this project. In case if there would be some another pump then it would really be that depending if the hype hasnt gone yet.

Take a look on what happened on $NOT on which it did make out some new ATH but we can really be able to tell that not anytime we would be able to experience on the same condition on each project
specially if we do speak about meme coins. If it turns out that you are already that you are positive towards a certain meme coin then it would really be up to you whether  you would be making some
long term hold or would really be taking profits as much as you could on the moment that you do have the chance.

The title says it all, what did you guys do with the airdrop you got from projects?
Well my story is that there was an XLM airdrop that happened on Keybase. Luckily I got eligible for the airdrop and since then, I have used that kind of money to invest and increase my portfolio with more altcoins.

That's cool that one can use XLM for portfolio growth. It's great to know that after all, one can reinvest those funds into some altcoin or something. I also have issues with airdrops; it's just a combination of everything. Sometimes I use the funds coming from airdrops to then diverify my investments into promising projects or tokens which I have been researching. Other times, I can invest this money in projects that I feel are worth my trust or in increasing cash flow. to the nationally organized exchange

With the recent DOGS airdrop, I am closely watching how this will work out and consider whether it is worth keeping or if I'd trade it out for something else to suit my needs. Windshield is an excellent way to find new projects and get to work quickly. But I do always research related projects. I'll love to hear from others. And how they approached the windmills recently!

I haven't really earned from any airdrop, well that is because i do not chase airdrops. It is good for you that you have reinvested the money you earned from the airdrop and not spent it, though i think you could have bought bitcoin with some of it rather than spend it all on altcoins only, you might not be so lucky with the altcoins again, you know many altcoins are pump and dump coins.
sometimes think about the future to be better than now, with having to I have to try to get changes to sacrifice early on. when looking for fields from airdrops or bounties I always set aside money for savings, business in my retirement later. parents always give knowledge to young people so that the future is better than yesterday and the words of parents make me prefer that

I totally agree with you: one needs to think ahead and make sacrifices now for a better future. Each time I enter either a Giveaway or Raffle, I use that, too, to carve out part of the funds for long-term savings and investments, like retirement planning or even going into business. It's like matching opportunities in one way with the assurance of sustainability in the future.

I was really inspired by what our parents advised us concerning the future. They always say, "plan for your future; do things ahead of time, and make responsible decisions for your own good." By using this as a guideline, integrating it with Airdrop resources, I am focused and direct towards my goals in a very lengthy period. Generally, how do you allocate your assets from a wind farm? Is there a strategy of balancing short-run interest rates against long-run considerations?
because I have had the experience of being a person who has nothing in life, it is very painful. makes me have a principle to change when there is a big opportunity in the future, I don't want to be miserable in old age, and yes, I was introduced to the crypto world, making things gradually change because of  bounty and airdrop work, I am very grateful

I am selling my airdrop to take the profit while I see it. But I am not sell all of the amount and only maybe 50%-60% and leave the rest in my account and waiting for the other rises. But I am planning to buy back if the token or coin is good enough to give another profit for me.

Maybe some people still hold their airdrop and still waiting for the good price to sell. If the token or coin can survive in the hard market, they may increase someday but they must have patience to wait that time. But it is better if they can sell it in the right time so they can take the profit.

Selling for 50% or more will be good for you especially if you get the airdrop for free. You don't have to wait for more because you do not know when the price will increase in the future. Take your chance to sell the airdrop while the price is good and buy back if you think the token/coin can increase later.

I used them to do different things that will generate different profits in the future, putting such money on only one project is a big risk to me, but if you spread them in different investments include BTC investment, it will be profitable. Good for investing the money you got from the airdrop project in BTC, I guess you made a good decision that will bring you good results in the future, because there are some people that will spend the whole money on only  new project that is misbehaving sometimes to make them to regret for putting such money on those projects.

That is a good idea by continue to hunting for more airdrop projects, but be very careful with the time and money you spend on such projects because they are not reliable like ETH and BNB projects, all you need to do is to invest on them wisely so that you will continue to accumulate profits from your strategy.

I spend and reinvest it. It's either of the two, if it's quite hefty of a money then I'd spend it both ways. But if it's quite small and I am in need of money, I just spend it anyway to buy the things that I need. Because that's how I spent when I was able to sell my BTC and few alts earlier than the bull run.

It's always been the case when I am in need and need to cater that first even if I want to hold badly and longer. It is for sure that many of us are in that kind of situation. We need to do what's the necessary first even if we are a die hard holder because it doesn't make sense when we can't avail our needs but yet we've got investments. I know how disciplined all of us are but when those situations come, we have to decide for the betterment of ours.

Don't spend all your crypto profits! Reinvesting is the secret ingredient to boosting your portfolio growth. Every small profit reinvested back into crypto becomes a building block for future wealth. Don't be afraid to take risks, but remember to diversify and manage your risk wisely.

"What do you do with your airdrop money?"

In my case, it's not airdrop money, but airdrop trash. Smiley I didn't get a single cent for participating in airdrops (including bounty campaigns). Formally, I was credited with some wrappers, supposedly worth some dollars, but in the end, these coins were never worth anything. Probably, at the very beginning, you could get a couple of bucks if you got rid of this trash right away, but I wanted to wait for a slightly higher price, but in the end, these crypto projects died and the airdrop rewards received became just a memory of money. Smiley

Instead of strategies for those wishing to participate in airdrops, I can only say one thing: "dump this financial ballast for any money you can!". Smiley At least you'll get something.
That is quite commonly the result for most of us, there are a few people who made some money from airdrops, there has been some famous airdrops like uniswap or most recently notcoin which paid people a lot of money and that is definitely something to be happy about for them. However, most of us do not make any money at all and we end up with nothing good which is fine because this is something we do not spend much money on.

I do not participate in airdrops that often, it takes something seriously great for me to participate in it, but even if that fails I am still fine because I do not spend any money on it at all, I consider that as something I do to support a project that I liked, and if they pay me something then it's great, if they don't then that's fine.

Airdrops usually cannot maintain their price and you can see a price dump when all users sell their tokens. As a result, holding tokens from an airdrop is a big risk, and I immediately convert it into more stable and valuable coins in the early hours of listing.
Absolutely right, where such airdrops distributed 80% tokens for their community members that means several millions of holders in every project, so there are no way to hold such tokens because price will hardly dumping when holders will start sell their tokens. I didn’t hold DOGS coin, i sold instantly and now price is huge down.

It's going down due to many reasons, and it's a miracle that it didn't go into the abyss, really Grin

It's been almost three years since I felt any more money from the airdrop event, I always ignore the event. Because many airdrop projects do not make payments and after being paid, the tokens or coins have no value at all, they just become useless garbage in the wallet

What do you think about the recent boom with DOGS? Grin

Holding portion of received airdrops, and rest i'm reinvesting into alts with high profit potential, hopefully that happens and then planning to rotate those funds into safe cryptos like Bitcoin and Ethereum.

But if financial condition requires, I'd sell everything for fiat irrespective of price.
This is the best option usually works for the members with we have to invest in coin which is having best offer for us, I have also done many times to spend for my problems to be solved, but usually I never hold any portion because I was having feeling selling all is best option even few times I feel not good with my decision.

I used to sell all, or would keep holding all, felt it was too extreme, as both created regrets. So, what you see above is improved version, I wouldn't say it's best but it's certainly better than before.

For Dogs I sold 50%>> and I'm leveraging on all opportunities I could find to maximize my holdings again. There's Poolx & also this..Bitget dogs 200% cashback. You can consider it if you're in the available region..

this is true and sometime it sparks the idea to just sell the airdrop to get some money and short it immediately Grin.

seen plenty that could be a really good potential to grow the capital by shorting like pixfi for example, literally dumping all the way to ATL after having such big rally.
I think pretty much other airdrop token is always like this, only select few that still keep their price even after the dumping but those kind of project usually have solid foundation and community.

the rest are just temporary money grabbing.

It depends.

If I am bullish on a certain token (e.g., $ETHFI) where I got airdropped twice, I wouldn't mind holding it for long.

As for the rest, it will be on a case to case basis.

But mostly I sell because I've got a lot of expenses and bills to pay for the month since I only relied on a client basis income and not fixed.

And since I began airdrops, it helped me from financial disaster and no doubt that even with difficult qualifications or so it would at least help me keep going on my every day needs.
Totally depends into your assessment but actually most of the time i would really be selling out immediately on the time that it would really be having value specially if its really that came from airdrop then you could really expect that there would really be that hard drop and if ever i do see a project which does have a good potential because of some factors like having that huge community support plus the hype then i would really be reconsidering on making up some buybacks on the bottom on which there would really be chances that it would really be reaching out all time highs after that hard drop but of course there would really be no guaranteed with this kind of method or ways because it would really be still all depending on different factors like community support on which i would say that this is the most important thing to be considered upon.

If ever you would really be able to make some good money from free drops then it would be ideal that you should really be keeping those profits for you to have on USDT form because on the time
that the market would really be having that drop or price crash then it would really be the best that you do have that right amount of buyback funds and this is what im doing ever since.
Never ever make your wallet to be zero specially on stable coins because opportunities do really come and go and if you dont have sufficient funds then you would be missing out those
golden opportunities.
