No one knows. Just wait and see. Personally I hope it will recover after 1st August for seeing again 2500-3000$ by the end of August.
We will never find out until it's August 1. At that time we'll see how the price goes.
If it's up a lot of altcoins (mostly eth) will hopefully follow.
Some ppl suggest a btc split and price decrease but we just need to wait and pray
