In my opinion this the best I recommend to everyone, the platform is well structured and features interesting graphics, the interface is great, I have nothing to complain about. There are countless coins that at any time value interesting.

I was registered on this stock exchange for a long time. I did not observe the problem, of course not top but there is a place to be. You can work.

Cryptopia is ok. I'm using it more than half a year and I'm satisfied.
Of course there are some issues, but nothing special.

I use Cryptopia, never had a problem with it.
But it's always good to be precautious with exchanges.

Yes it's good for trading and alot of volume everyday. Right now they restricted the new users so you won't able to register> take note this is for new Users only. but if your old users then enjoy your trading there.

I just think that it's an exchange to go to if there is no other exchanges accepting the coin that you want to trade.

I think it is not good for trading because there is no large volume compared to other ones. I also think it is not safe to hold coins in cryptopia.

I agree its not safe to hold coins on any exchange period and for my top 100 coins i dont. But when trading fractional btc amounts of bottom 500 coins...having wallets for each of them isnt worth the hassle.

I already wrote off the loss if i never get them back or off the exchange...cost of doing business in the lower 500..then again i was around for mt gox and nicehash so its nothing i dont halfway expect.

Just like my holdings on c-patex and coinexchange...little amount of worthless crap that hopefully hits. They are all profits and if i lose it all, Im out very little/no principle.

Cryptopia was great for trading hard to find coins pike PAC, PHO and DIME,but last month they closed down trading pairs for LTC and DOGE effectively sticking me with positions i couldnt sell. They posted they have an indefinate timeframe as to whether they will ever be back online.

Because of this i liquidated all my positions that had BTC pairings and moved to another exchange. Also i had huge issues selling my PAC/BTC the order book was trading around 0.00000003 yet my sell orders at 0.00000001BTC were never executed and still arent today. I think there are either huge bugs or tom foolery going on. Also i had 100k dime transferred out and it is gone in the nether somewhere and my ticket from 3 weeks ago has yet to be touched.

Not like im out a ton but i still have 0.15btc tied up in coin pairings on the site i cannot sell and am afraid to transfer out and lose to the netherworld.

Id personally stay away from cryptopia, they may be growing and feeling the pain (like kraken), but I dont trust they will survive the growth spurt. You cant indefinately cut of ltc/doge pairings and then not support their transfer off the site.

A month ago I would have given a different review, but since closing the trading pairs, i feel abandoned and have a gut feeling the exhange is going under.

Personally I love them but that is because my experience has been good there. I understand when people have to wait for support for a while why that would turn them off from any exchange, but Cryptopia certainly isn't a scam exchange that much you can be sure about.

It is okay for simple trader or small time traders, and for me it is recommendable, I tried using it and did not end up too well, because everytime I refresh or does something in my wallet it takes time to happen. But overall it a good exchange just need some development and it will be one of the top exchanges.

This trading platform is legit. It is based in New Zealand, the only problem you are facing with cryptopia is it lags sometimes because of too many traders using it and a high transaction fee maybe because it affects the taxation policy under their government.

Cryptopia is indeed from New Zealand. It is know as an exchange which is listing a lot of new cryptocoins. Not the most proffesional site but it is almost always working and easy to use.

Most often the cryptopia is used to exchange little-known altcoyins for the popular cryptocurrency: bitcoins, Lightcoins, Etherium.  And individual coins you will not meet anywhere else - this makes the exchange in many cases irreplaceable.

Cryptopia is decent in that it has a lot of coins that are not available at other exchanges, however it also has a horribly clunky interface, slow refresh times so you sometimes miss out on the best price, and it is plagued by pump and dump scams for the low volume coins. I would stick to one of the more recognised exchanges such as poloneix and bittrex where these issues are less common.

Great exchange , I love it . Often there are coins which do not exist on other exchanges and can be purchased at a bargain price
