I'm into NFT gaming project only, honestly I haven't seen a scammy one except the Art NFT projects, using gaming NFT tokens to pay for in game upgrades is never going to be worthless because this use case will always be needy, there will always be demands

As others have stated, Axie Infinity is quite popular in our nation, and I believe that this game is doing really well because it is a game, and there are many gamers in my country, including myself, and it is also an investment. At first, I didn't think NFT was a huge deal because only the wealthy will benefit or be able to get pricey NFTs like tweets and artwork. But it's a game-changer in the crypto ecosystem when people and developers are now producing NFTs that are very affordable and relevant to everyone. Like the Axie Infinity, you can earn money by playing the game and then use it to buy another axie, which is a good idea when the current crypto market is down.

India is a country that is very enthusiastic about the presence of NFT. Recently, I even found a contest being run there and published in print media with 1 full page.

It’s a brave new world.

I think NFT is just the beginning before they become one of the commodity assets in the art and games marketplace. Which means, one day, NFT sales are likely to increase even more.

At first, I thought NFT is just a fad, but more I am looking at it, the more I like it. Of course, majority of stuff is completely useless and is only made for developers to make some money, but here are certain applications of NFT that I like, namely in gaming.

As a veteran gamer who always like to focus on economy part of the game and trying to make a couple of bucks while gaming ( as a matter of fact that's what attracted me to crypto back in late 2013/early 2014, possibility to make some money using my gaming PC via mining) I see NFT  becoming an important part of the gaming industry and sooner or later we will start getting AAA games implementing that. Those into gaming surely remember who popular Diablo 3 marketplace was, in which people could make serious amount of money just farming and selling the gear.

Be careful around NFT projects most especially those Art projects, a friend list 1000$ investing in one and it's a scam project that exit scam on her, I still refer in game NFT tokens like Vulcan forge or Citizen finance, make sure you do good research
several NFT projects with game concepts look successful this year. like the project, you said Vulcan and citizen. when looking at the value of the tokens it becomes quite expensive with steadily increasing trades.
As I suspected, this year will be a momentum for NFT projects to rise and become popular in the market.

I know this is an unpopular opinion but should the market go on a down trend for several months or even over a year like it's happened before. All the hype will die down and most of the promising NTF's you are looking at right will be worthless.
Same thoughts. However, NFT's used in creating digital artwork for some quick bucks, hoping to sell it to another dude with a higher price seems to be true in most of NFT digital art scene. And I think the hype is now slowly withering down and is transitioning to blockchain based games NFT which I think will be pioneer in terms of "Non - fungible token" hype not and not some selling digital artwork with a huge selling price just because it is so called NFT.

As a person who saw what happened in the crypto market between 2017 to 2019, I have to warn you to be very careful if you are planning to put some money into NTFs. Just use what you can afford to lose.

I know this is an unpopular opinion but should the market go on a down trend for several months or even over a year like it's happened before. All the hype will die down and most of the promising NTF's you are looking at right will be worthless.

This same thing happened to lots of tokens back then, created by both genuine and fake project. Most tokens never resurrected to see the next bull run.

^^ Like that title says. I want to know more about what you guys in Altcoin Discussion think about NFTs?

Do you have any overall thoughts or even any NFT projects you like? lmk
The most cool nft project for me so far is the axie infinity. The axie we play is considered as nft and this is one of the hottest game right now on blockchain. So far nft is making a huge success, even some or other people telling that this business will go down as the hype had been killed. I dont believe that, as I can see that its gonna be worth a lot in the coming days as there are lots of progress happening.

Actually, NFT's are the next big thing. They were trending a few months back but the hype has died down a bit now. Almost all NFT projects are using Ethereum Blockchain, some have shifted to Matic and big names like Binance will be launching their own NFT platform in the coming days. There are actually a few NFT projects coming up which will allow you to purchase actual property in a different country.

NFT is a revolutionary creation that will be beneficial on art and gaming industry. It's main purpose is for collectible hobby and most the crypto people do love to collect. The sky is the limit for the further application and use of NFT so the future of this technology has a lot of potential to grow exponentially. But there are many scam NFT games and projects too so always be aware on that matter.

NFTs have some useful applications, but you can own the rights to copyrighted works via written contracts and legal agreements. I think there is a lot of hype behind NFTs and artists flocking to cash in on the craze, but ultimately you need to be a successful artist already for your work to be valued.

I like NFTs. A project im currently looking at is Colosseum cards. They will have football collectibles where you'll be able to packs and open them for a chance to get your favorite football player. There will even be a NFT game, called Fantasy League, where you will be able to compete against other players to earn rewards. It could really grow

In our country, one of the most popular NFT is a game, namely Axie Infinity. You own the characters or pet and then you're going to level them up since it's a game. It's a play to earn NFT. By owning a team of axies, you can start the game through adventure and arena(PvP). It's starting to gain traction in our country because you can trade the reward into real money whether it's on P2P or into an exchange like Binance. There's also another NFT game which is named My Defi Pet that's also starting to gain traction. I guess these play-to-earn games are going to be a real thing and going to be the next trend for which we're only dreaming of it before but now, it's happening.
