You will remember how many people carried money to the ICO. The next period will come and something new will appear. And people will again carry money to the crypto.
Many things must be done so that we are not trapped in new projects that are of less quality. Research well and correctly will find projects that are able to develop and have a future so that it is feasible to invest in the project.
Before making investment on ICO's of course the most important is the genuine team behind and very professional when it comes running a project especially if it's new wherein always make sure first who are involved behind on it and obtain specific information always to avoid fake project . so that also no more worries after putting a investment on it.
indeed, that is what investors must do before participating in the ico project, but for now it is very difficult to get a project that can be used to gain profits, we must be careful and patient in conducting considerable analysis and research. 
There are things that I consider upon investing in new projects because I have learned my lessons. I have invested a lot in shitcoins before and I have to be careful this time. I assure that a certain coin has good potential and is profitable in the future. I also look for a project with a good exchange and of course a trusted and active team.
Usually I do some research and make it simpler. To invest in new coins, I always put the potential of the coins in accordance with the project's purpose. and the second is to find evidence that the project is a real project.

I was the superficial type because maybe, I really didn't know what to look for, So as shallow as I am, I would like the platform to have that "professional" feel to it. Social Media accounts and social media admins/managers should be active all the time. I want someone to be there to answer me when I have some questions. White Paper should be well written and the content will somehow tell you whether its has some real life use or whatnot. Lately though, I learned to look for "is the token going to be widely and extensively used?" coz that's the only guarantee that it will be a long term project. really.

I really wont invest on the new crypto projects anymore because we already have enough of it so just stop creating useless tokens for your profits,let the crypto filed to grow in the real phase. Forget about investing in ICOs, instead of investing in new projects it would be better if you invest in some high potential altcoins. The price of most altcoins are cheap now.
You make a very good point but very investment in the crypto currency have it own risk involving and the best thing is that investors must have the knowledge of selecting good utilized coin with community support because every crypto currencies has potentials including those that have quenched off the market but there potential is grade by grade. However, what I look for before investing into new project is the concept of the project, the vision the team had, the level of competence of team and community support. First of all, it won't be profitable if the project will fail, you should have read their WP and know more about of their previous works and their team if they are legitimate because some of these team that they posted doesn't exist in real life or they just take the photo of someone and put a fake name and their information.
It will be the basis and must be done by everyone not only investors but also project to the traders and the bounty hunter as well. my own is more to see in the product, whether or not there's been a real product or not. Yet if we can see the idea of the product to be created. later can be accepted by the market or not. We can make our assumption from reading all that is provided by the developer.
To be honest, I have also opted for the most reputable and prestigious cryptos over the years such as bitcoin, litecoin, ethereum and doge, because even though their technology seems to be surpassed by new developments, this market has shown to be quite reluctant to change and innovate, and still relies on the cryptos that have been established as a model to follow over the years for their stability and their powerful support community, surpassing many altcoins that promised to be strong competition for the above mentioned.
And everything seems to indicate that the strength of these cryptos will continue for many years to come, so I think they are a safe and profitable investment in the long term.

Mainly what I'm looking for is value/profit of the projects (which is possible/ are how much is right now), place and capabilities of that.
I like to participate in projects that are in the retail field, sometimes such projects often have strong teams but for this year, large ICOs often fail and most are fraudulent. I like to invest clear tokens and coins on the Exchange.
currently the exchanger project is very much indeed, and most of the exchanger projects are successful even with little bonus or small bounty allocation. but at least they don't commit fraud.
I think it mostly needed to be transparent for everyone to see what happened in the project when entering into this project and it need more trust and confidence to the development then only a person will ready to make some investment and that otherwise it will be more difficult to find what happened in the project at the end only we can see the result.
Forget about investing in ICOs, instead of investing in new projects it would be better if you invest in some high potential altcoins. The price of most altcoins are cheap now.
I look for the goal of the project especially when it is feasible, you must also not forget about checking the backgrounds of the team if they are successful with their profession. Quality team means quality project so you must check every single one of the team members of the project to see if they can do what they are presenting.

And if there is at least one thing that seems suspicious to you, then this is already a serious reason to start doubting the integrity of the project. First thing first is the market situation currently. Besides, 4P's work perfectly in every sphere, so it's the same for the cryptomarket. 4P's, i.e. promotion, product, price and place, so I do the great research on these ones before investing in smth 
4 things that are mandatory for us to learn and that are indeed very important. Real products always provide a more efficient inventor, with the right promos and services, the results will be satisfactory. To get a new project you have to research it so that what you do does not regret it.
