For me, it is partly on gambling, and partly as long-term saving for future spending.
Generally I exchange my BTC to bank transfer. I have also done online shopping via BTC.
I've only gambled a couple times and thats it. I have not enough BTC to spend unfortunately. Im more focused in having a decent amount while mainstream adoption arrives.
Gambling and altcoins but after trading with altcoins i mostly get them back to btc anyway.

I spend it for giftcard mostly, since it is probably the only thing i could buy with BTC
I spend all of my bitcoins on investing, which is around 10 cents - 5 dollars. (I'm poor).
I keep most of my Bitcoin but do try and trade some of it for something I'm waiting until it comes mainstream so I can use it more often.

I manly save it planning to sell them when their values go up.

I bought some silver bitcoin coins at one point, other than that nothing yet.
Right now nothing gonna try to ride this rise in price out as long as i can.
