by seeing the bitcoin in 2017 , I think the bitcoin will rise again in 2018. I believe, I hold my bitcoin to wait.

yes i agree with you bitcoin will reach 20000$ but it is the target it will cress tell august and in some prediction bitcoin will cross 50000$ because their are some big investors who also invest money in bitcoins like Russian hotels and cocacolla. now every one want invest in bitcoin alot of people are aware from bitcoin that's why bitcoin will never die and it will continuously increase their value.

In 2018 bitcoin will reach a new ath of 25K. Now many big name investors are entering the crypto ecosystem. Even Goldman Sachs will have bitcoin futures. Bitcoin is more and more accepted by shops, merchants and so on. This will make bitcoin increase and pass last year's ath.

The growth of bitcoin is dependent on mass adoption. So far it has it more than any other coin. This will be the easiest for main stream regulation. Therefore folks will feel safer with it and big money will move in. It will spike to a high of $55k or so and level around 21,300.

I have a feeling that enough people in the government know that "banning" it isn't really possible.4chan alone has had enough brain power behind it to organize against major institutions. And look at torrents.Literally illegal file sharing that could never have been stopped.

Banning cryptocurrency is going to hurt the US economy much more than it's going to hurt the cryptocurrency long term.Especially since banning it will require efforts beyond what failed to eliminate torrents and child porn.They would have to go full China with it,making all sorts of services illegal and locking the people out of the free internet.

And the achievement of these new heights has already begun, bitcoin has already reached 10K $, and will continue to grow. So again - we wait at least $ 20000.
