Now answer me, how can the campaign managers make sure the campaign duration if the project representative didn't specifically tell the campaign duration?

I don't know what the campaign managers make a deal with the representative, but I'm sure they make it easy, otherwise not many project want to promote in this forum. If you're the project owner which one will you choose "give 10 weeks campaign funds" or "refill the funds every week"? for the business, they will not want to spend much if they didn't get anything, while refill every week will give you a choice to continue or stop the campaign if there's no progress.

Yeah the campaign managers can convince the representative, but after all they have brain and not want in loss.

Oh wait, 10 week budget doesn't necessary mean it will run for 10 week, the representative can ask to stop the campaign and refund the remaining campaign budget (although it depends on the agreement).

Some managers don't know how long a campaign will last; it's all depends on the result the project gets from the promotion, and if they decide to continue, that's how long the campaign will last.

For clarity, if the campaign fund is escrowed, most managers make it known to the participants that's this amount is what I hold for so so month it's left for you to be part of the campaign or you leave it.

There are also some cases where the duration of the campaign might be stated and the project can still decide to end the campaign half way, which I believe they have the right to, which is part of the reason why a declaimer about the manager of the project having the right to end the campaign when ever is found in most of the signature thread.

If the project states how long it will last, I think it's also okay for the manager to let everyone know about that, but it's not a mandatory thing, in my opinion.

Since the thread is about signature payment, I think it should be under the service section and not meta.

Every campaign manager with their own unique way of doing business, and if you have been around the forum for some years now you will notice that Yahoo62278 always state the duration of his signatures campaign, either directly or indirectly he gives clue to how long he NG the campaign can last.

Also some managers like Hhampuz and etc give duration for the campaign, but note also that the company reserve the right to how long the signature campaign will last, the manager is just and employee like other signature participants, and he who pay the vipers dictate the tone, the campany can decide to run the signature campaign for years or decide to call it a halt any time, their have the funds and pays everybody so their have the final say.

I know it's very hard to start up this discussion but I think we can also give more light to this, many would want to question me about raising this topic but we must know that in things we do there should a form of professionalism.

I have tried to find out most campaign that are being launched in BTC payment sig do not always state their duration except for those campaign that has stayed for about 1-4 years.

On the recently launched campaign by Yahoo62278 where he stated the duration got my attention and interest to raise this topic, although I could had created this post onbefore now but trying to see the percentage ratios on manager who do state their campaign duration just as he did.

10 week budget,  apply now.
The show a level of professionalism and sincerity to the community and it's left for the participants to apply or not, which i noticed most manager doesn't include while launching their campaign.

NB: I am not discrediting any manager neither siding anyone here and from my view they are all good and trusted, but the aspect of not including duration of their launched campaign makes it improper or doesn't have value for their community.

My question is;
Do you think managers should start including duration of campaign or should let their participants take the risk of applying, maybe after one or two weeks the campaign ends. Do you want it that way?

Because I have seen some participants leaving their long lasting campaign to a more higher paying campaign and after 2-4 weeks they ended, is a results that those manager aren't that open to their applicants to know how longer it would last to enable them make their choice before joining the campaign they launched.

Please share your thoughts., And if here is not the right section to post please also do well to tell me so I can move it to right board. But now I post it here.
