The OP did not show his other portfolio, we do not know if he have good coins but if you mean that there are far better choices than this coin? Well, then he can prioritize them first before he allocate some funds on celo coin.

I would suggest that you plan an amount of investment for CELO that you will not feel sorry for and be patient in the long term. Patience and long-term investment will be beneficial in such coins.

Investing with the money you can afford is a good suggestion for investing in CELO.
With the price now at $3.09, depending on how much money they are willing to use to invest in CELO.

I saw the chart of CELO, all-time-low was 5 months ago, and this project didn't exclude the recent market dump we experienced.
This is my first time hearing about this project, at first I saw their website, which seems good chain network alternative for high transaction fees of other chains like Ethereum.
About buying this coin, I don't think that now is the best time as what we experience on the market right now.

All those new and developing coins do need to know their every plan so that one day they can find a surprise through the news and developments and if for now it looks really good I don't think there is any reason to delay buying it.

CELO looks good on me but it is noted that it has made a price decline of -6.2% in the last 24 hours. But i think this is not surprising since we are in a bearish market now. If you think it has high potentials to develop and grow more after this bearish season, then there's no reason not to invest. Also, make sure to invest first with a small capital since its still in the process of proving its worth in the market.
