I watched as it broke out and people were popping up on non-crypto web sites lying their ass off about it.

Dead coin means useless, it is wrong to say that Doge is dead coin because it is ranked 14 between the best marketcaps with more than $24 m. I think Doge isn't profitable now, but it might pump at any time, I remember that its price reached 100 sat last year.

By looking at the chart it is not safe to buy Doge right now imho.

If I had extra money, I'd buy some doge.  We saw it rise to 100+ sat earlier this year or last year (can't remember), and I think it could do it again.  It's a gamble, because there definitely isn't really big demand for it, and I'm not sure if the doge diehard numbers are growing.

I like doge, but I'd probably put my money on some of the dark market coins, Dash & Monero in particular.  Just for the hell of it.

What Doge had going for it was absolutely genius marketing.  They hijacked a meme in order to get free viral marketing, and it worked brilliantly, people in my life that know nothing about crypto had heard of Doge.  So despite any shit bitcointalk veterans will pile on it is really is impressive if you look at it from that perspective.

That being said, I can't really say it has anything groundbreaking on the technical side, and as an investment at this point you'd most likely be better off taking your money elsewhere.

It would be hard to pump a coin with more than 100 billion supply while many are dumping their bags little by little, 1 million coin per transactions? Not good!

From several months the doge is got their stable condition, we couldn't hoping a lot from doge. but this so hilarious if I see the transaction in doge with more than 1 Million coin for every transaction. not will getting pumped in this time and doge is not a good investment in this time.

doge price is pretty much stable since 2014. many exchange site use it as a trading market so people still use other altcoins to get dogecoins.

Yes actually i have seen their price stable for many months by now. Making it ideal to be used for daily transaction without fear of lossing value, but speculating high over it don't have any reason behind. Price may not get pumped hard any near in future.

Doge is a stable coin that is good for making transactions but not for long term holding. The price does not fluctuate that much so it's not a  crypto trader's favorite, although online stores will like the coin.

for me DOGE is like long term investment, for now, the rate is really low, and if you decide to buy DOGE, i suggest to buy in range between 35-39, i think its a good range. because if i see on the market, the rate is always move into that range, and if you want to sell, you can try to sell in range 39-41. many of my friends buying DOGE and selling in that range, and they said they can get profit.

I think yes, it is nice time for making investment on dogecoin and it is not died. We can buy low price today and sell them when price going up, although it is will long time for waiting and dogecoin is not scam coin.
