In my opinion, TON is one of the coins that has very good potential in the future, even though this token is still relatively new, you can see that TON has already penetrated the top 10 CMC, I think this is a very extraordinary achievement and I think TON is very worthy of investment in the long term,
I suggest diversifying your investment portfolio instead of focusing on a single coin. I believe that Ton will not perform well due to its lack of popularity and the flawed Ton blockchain compared to others.
Ton is a new project as of when you posted this topic,but currently speaking I think ton blockchain has been experiencing a bullish moment compared to when it was newly invented.Investing on new project is way too risky because you can't tell the the outcome of the project if it's gonna give a fair or an unfair return.Invest on what you can risk to lose most especially new projects that are pumping into the crypto world.
Now Ton can see more growth in the coming months, and you need to study the new project taking into account all that will happen about the many benefits associated with investing in Ton and including the blockchain's skability through the shard mechanism which is comparable to other cryptocurrencies, from there it's all can be assessed very be careful before jumping into it.

Although the post is very old, I don't know if the OP invested and held the coin. It's hard to say whether investing in Toncoin will be profitable but I have seen Toncoin rise over the past month, even though the price of Toncoin is currently above $5. Don't know if investing in this coin will be the right decision to hold in the future, I think TON has a lot of potential to grow and become a player in the blockchain space in the future. That's not to say that I encourage you to invest in these coins, always prioritize proper market analysis and your own judgment for such investments.
I think the price of TONcoin will rise because most of the new projects that are coming using the TON Network and that is will make the price rise because some of the project are even asking users to buy TON to speed up their mining. And when a crypto project network is used by other upcoming project then the main network is more recognize and used. Hamster Kombat is using TON, Tapswap too and other new airdrops that coming 
It will grow higher in the future, when you hodl it like 5 years and endure not to release them on time because the team behind the TON are different from other coins teams, and they have some potential strength to make the coin a favorable coin to their customers in the bull season.
Since you have succeeded to use small money to buy the TON from the market, I will advise you to make profits from it first before you can think, how to buy more of TON because that is where some altcoin hodlers use to make some mistakes that will make them to lose huge amount of money in the future.

Well you have invested already and I don't know the coin you are talking about, I think you must have heard or have carried out a good analysis before investing because you can just wake up and invest in a coin you know nothing about but that's by the way. I actually I can't tell or advice you on what to do concerning a coin because if it doesn't work the way I suggested or advice it won't be funny so just do whatever you wishes to do it's your money but be careful with your choice and decision that's all I can say.

has TON been listed on the exchanger. it just did an ICO and made a promotion through a bounty campaign with a signature campaign. now there is a new coin that uses the TON network which is also doing ico and holding a bounty campaign signature campaign.
Also joining the community would make sense so you can get some updates that would be very useful to use before you make any decisions that could interest you to make partial investment on the project. There are projects like this in the market that can give us a very good profits if we know how to to find them.

Investing in Ton Coin is not a bad idea or feeling bad if the price is going down, while expecting the price increase, hence make your research appropriate before investing any alt-coins and set a target to sell and the only way to achieve that is patience, and patience is the major key in the cryptocurrency market.
Looking at the past situation, it's certainly not bad, but I agree always do research again because it's possible that what you expect won't be fulfilled properly because the current situation hasn't improved and is still moving with an unstable situation.because there are quite a lot of other altcoins that could be alternatives with perhaps a better position than Ton itself, but once again, the one who decides is, of course, you yourself because you have the right to the funds to be invested. This doesn't mean that Ton is not good, but it is not better than other altcoins.

Ton network is not a popular chain like the rest of the chains which are very well known in the crypto space. Right now the ton blockchain ecosystem is gradually growing, it seems some projects find it interesting enough to launch. The hype here is not high but with time I think the chain will gain more recognition when more projects are built on the chain.
Investors in this project will have more patience than other projects because the hype is low with probably low community support.

I don't really see TON will succeed.
At first, with Telegram itself, they were already good, they shouldn't created any token or coin under Telegram.
Look what happened in BitTorrent, when the TRON team created a coin with it called BTT (Bittorent) also, look where it is now.

Yeah, I didn't see it discussed 2 years ago. that's why people don't know about TON. There are many new coins/tokens every day and they don't know about it.
