This is good things if there are a Bounty Manager who can manage a bounty well because it is an advantage for bounty hunters.
It would be better if the manager made a thread (if he doesn't have one) that contains all the bounties that are managed and there other members can give a review on how he handles a bounty, so community more aware about him.

lot people have managed bounties but couldn't be able to pay their hunters most of them gives complained and excuse about distributions or cases from CEO, Team. etc.

Let me clarify to you something about this thing mate, first and foremost, bounty managers is not the one who compensate the participants who will partake in the campaign projects that He manage. That's why they always said to their bounty thread section that He's not part of the team and not responsible for the token distribution. This was I saw actually to the most of the bounty campaign managers who manage the projects anyway.
looks like in the last few months he doesn't have a bounty program to manage, I think his credibility is not as famous as some of the famous ranked bounty managers in this forum like CryptopreneurBrainboss, Hhampuz, and other legendary rated bounty managers. For projects that have been registered on the exchange but have not yet determined a payment date for bounty participants, there is an indication that the team does not intend to pay.
Whats the purpose of this post by the way? A threat to Torra that anything might happened can be a shame to him? This is the problem being a Bounty manager. Sometimes there are stupid assholes crypto companies who manage to delay the payments due to bear market or to make the bounty payments to bounty hunters in separate downpayments!

And am just hearing this name as bm for the first time, maybe because I haven't pay much attention, although I can remember the ideology project, didn't take note of the bm, anyways, being a good and trusted bm requires hardwork and dedication, and most of all be very observant and selective of the project to promote in other not to promote a scam project, because that can taint his trust rating as well as render hunters a work without pay situation,

How come that this is a Good manager when he did not even received a single merit for His entire career instead the Only merit he received is from His Bounty participant recently that awarded Him 3 whole merit for a Bounty thread?

He is still a new manager and you can't expect a lot from him. Can you tell me when they will pay your payment? if they have been creating an exact date to pay the hunters but they have not yet paid and united is possible to be the next scam project. What do you think about him?
Buddy, why such a post? Everyone knows that its not the bounty manager who pays the token but the project team. If the project team is not willing to pay their bounty hunters then bounty manager cannot do anything. But he could have done one thing. He could have escrowed the bounty tokens . But many project teams dont agree with this. There is no use in blaming the manager for this issue.
It seems like that the manager was not escrowing the reward for the hunters. we can't also believe with the new manager as well conside his reputation still becomes a big question.

Buddy, why such a post? Everyone knows that its not the bounty manager who pays the token but the project team.
