Well, I recently setup my first masternode and it took me few evenings (complete noob here). It was very challenging task even with “how to install masternode” manual and support from dev team. Every question took some time and all in all it cost me few days of profits on that masternode. I would have loved setup service that would do that for me. But it would depend on price and security of that service. What I mean is I am not sure if your service does it hands free for me (cannot imagine how without knowing ip, user pass etc) or on 1-1 chat. But will check out your site, I really like that idea.

The only part you remain hands on is the local wallet configuration that is solely done on your end. Which takes no more than a couple minutes. I think it's an idea to solve a particular problem, and our freedom is assumed no problem because it is a breakthrough that is found in the present moment. But right now I can know there is another breakthrough for the deal.

I think all the coin masternode installation there guide from each dev, we just stay to follow what has been made by dev only, until today also I follow some coin masternode, some masternode also have difficult to install.

Although you can get free support from a coin's community and eventually get a masternode running, a service that can provide constant 1-on-1 support over the phone or through messaging I think would be beneficial to those who are having a lot of trouble or haven't set up a masternode before.
Either way, masternodes are awesome.
