Work permits in Russia are only given to those North Koreans, who are well-connected to the party officials. They are less likely to defect to South Korea, although there have been a few cases in the past (Russia and China deports any defector back to North Korea, if caught).

allied forces supporting the nuclear escapades being brandished by north korea.

korea. This is the reason they are immune to sanctions from UN(USA).There shall be
no war as they have learnt from history.They only use this brinkmanship to keep america

Do you have any proof for this? I would say that North Korea is exercising as much restraint as possible, and the United States is needlessly provoking them. I don't understand why the US is so hell-bent on starting another war, when none of the nations in that region are having any interest in it.

Well in my opinion we should be. Because they are developing nuclear warheads to sit on these ballistic missiles. Given that they have such power any reckless launch and provocation of war could lead to a disaster that not only those who are into this war could be be annihilated but those who are likewise near such radiation. People well die of diseases. Is this the world that we want? Are we happy about bombs? No I guess not.

Developing a new weapon in one nation is normal. North Korea wanted to say to the world that they can create weapon that can kill huge people in the world. They are not totally aggressive to start war rather they are just preparing with it to engage if possible. No need to panic now, it is only a testing that can alarm the strong nation if and if. North Korea wasn't a selfish country they are just making a new history to their own book. Creating new weapon can boast their pride that they can do also. It was not a big country but can dominate a weak country. For now let us live in peace with North Korea.

My opinion is it is an oppressed nation that is deeply in need of a regime change for democracy. The isolation caused by its megalomaniac dictatorship family has had a toll on the population that will be forever part of the culture, regardless of a regime change.

Testing doesn't mean an invitation to war but rather it is a sign of country's preparedness toward future events. If other countries react to missile testing and confront North Korea then possible war will begin.
