I think bleeding is normal to this month until september of this year. This also what happen last year before the bullrun . I am very optimistic that it will happen again before the end of this year. Market will recover and hit and possibly make a new all time high record for all cryptocurrency.
And I am not a pessimist. what I see is that the cryptocurrencies constantly gain a bit, and the next day they lose the same %%. The market is fluctuating, and it is a norm.

In my opinion currently observe the market exchange on tokens we can see if we think the price is good and there is a chance that it could be higher. I hope that soon we will see steep reversals and continue recovery.
You can sell it if you felt it was profit. The market became green certainly would be easier to sell your coins and get profit. With the profits, you earn you can invest in another coin. I think you can buy the Ethereum for your profits. So your money will continue to run but you will get a profit very much.

if you do not really need money for something urgent right now, I suggest you can sell a small token you have on the condition that the token price is higher when you first buy it, as a backup if the token is down in value you can buy it again, short-term investments
It depends on your strategy, do you think long term or are you a daytrader. If a token you're holding has a great team and perspectives behind it, then hold it for a longer time, at least until the market will recover.
The current market seems to be a bit stagnant. A big recovery should have started by now, but I think the confidence is not there yet.

Since the February crash BTC price has been in a consolidation phase where the 6K bottom has been re-tested and held 3 or 4 times. Many, including myself, thought we would see it go lower - maybe into the 3K range. But, so far this has not happened - and we're not going to complain about that. Hopefully, the BTC price will start to rise again - and the next high should make 25K.
I'm totally confused with the current market condition. It is going down faster than it is going up. Bullish candles are not strong. But when it goes down, the bearish candles are very strong. Already 8 months of this year has gone now. Can we expect a bullish run at least during the next few months?
I think the current market is very bad and I don't think the falling trend will stop in a very near future. In my opinion, this term is very good for making buying, but you should be very careful that the prices have still a big decreasing tendency.
The current market is quite down a bit after bitcoin falls goes down to 7K USD once again. It may looks like a dip is going to happen again and a sudden spike is expected to happen in a couple of days time. Presumably, a healthy cryptomarket would likely stay until December.

It's depending if that coin is on green now calculate how many will you earn I'd you decide to sold it. It's very important that you know what wil you get if you sold a coin in the market. Yes you see it's green now but how many percentage of that coin will gain?
