Personally I don't think that Bitcoin will pump until the end of May 2019. I expect that Bitcoin price will start to recover only after will drop under 2000$, may be even lower 1000$. IMHO we will see new ATH only in 2020.

Obviously, there's no assurance at this point that recovery will again happen in december just like last year. Downtrend is still obervable at this moment which makes it hard to make such assumptions that recovery will soon happen. Given that there's no assurance yet, people should focus more on holding and waiting for recovery to take place. They said it will at mid 2019 that is q2 next year so need more patient for that btc will increase but not the same last year.. But its still unpredictable we cant never tell until it happens.
