I use my phone for essential activities: telegram, facebook messenger, phone calls, camera, GPS and news, checking bank account.
Smartphones nowadays can act as your personal computer. I am using my smart phone for:
1. Web browsing/social medias
2. Music
3. Camera
4. Book
5. Banking
6. Games
and many more as long as it helps within my daily routine.

I use my phone to communicate with my family and friends. I also call to order a taxi, a doctor, utility repairmen. I use the Internet and social networks. I also use an alarm clock.
I am using it for calling and messaging most of the time but of course for social media and gaming 
Most of the time my phone is used for speaking and chatting up with friends and other relatives. Sometimes when feeling bored and while travelling do not have anything to do then might end up playing some games just for fun. Else use it for talking purpose only.
I use it for social media, checking update on the price of bitcoin, gaming is the most i use of my phone because i addictive to much of MOBA games after of spend of gaming i watch Netflix until my battery is low. That's always when i do to my phone everyday routine.
It might sound unbelievable to some, but most of the time, I use the phone to communicate. 
I don't like to do all the 'internet stuff' on the phone because it's cumbersome. Large full resolution displays are much more appropriate for this kind of thing.

Well nowadays, I use my phone for everything especially with internet things. I dont even open my laptop/desktop because of the accessibility a mobile phone have, i can do all things that a laptop can do on a mobile phone. Eg. Surfing the net, gaming, editing etc.
Calling, social media, and taking pictures. I'm not very big fan of the people who can't stop stare in the phone.

I don't use many features on my iphone. Mainly:

Major use of my phone is also phone calls and messages. Not into social media so I don't have much clutter in my phone. But I do have apps like for food delivery, a ride-hailing company, one e-commerce app and that's it. As much as possible, I want to have a simple life without too much things to attend to. Ah yes, I read news also.
I was mostly using my phone for mobile games a few years ago. But I have occasionally been playing games on my phone for a long time. Lately, I use it for my work the most. And I mostly use it for Whatsapp too of course. I contact with my friends from there most of the time.
Actually, I only use the 4 main feature of the smartphone I'm using.
1, Listen and call.
2, Reading newspaper, watching movie, listening to music
End. I really feel wasted.

I can’t specifically tell what I do with my phone because use my phone for lots of activities. I’m always online and o have lots of engagement especially with my clients because I offer an online service. I’m a music lover so my audiomack is always booming. I’m not a gamer so I don’t have games app in my phone. I can’t imagine myself a day without my phone active.
I use my phone to call anyone, browsing internet and for watching movie, listening songs.

That should be your preference mate, trading over the mobile gives an interesting trading experience, have you tried using tool like TabTrader mobile client? An awesome and seamless mobile trading experience.
