I agree that there are faster coins and has cheaper transaction fee but i do not agree that they are close in dethroning bitcoin. Ethereum is really a far second.

For the improvement i do not think there is something needs to be improved. As the saying says if aint broke dont fix it.

Monero not only has confidential transactions but anonymity of the sender and recipient. Not only that, but almost every transaction is like that since privacy is default. If bitcoin actually does get bulletproofs, it will either be optional or will be a side chain, so not default. You only get maximum privacy if everyone's doing private transactions. And if your base chain isn't private, you'll eventually be losing some anonymity when interacting with it.

So in short, bullet proofs in bitcoin don't obsolete monero and bitcoin is unlikely to ever obsolete monero because of the inherent trade offs necessary for full privacy.

Monero will never be on mainstream, now that government are into regulating cryptocurrency, this anon coin will always be behind.  Scalability is the only issue with Bitcoin, so implementing lightning network and more upgrades is needed for it to compete against other cryptocurrency that have faster confirmation.

I can clearly see that there are other cryptocurrencies that are beginning to dethrone bitcoin, showing off there quick and secured transactions, though bitcoin continues to be the king. What does bitcoin need to improve state your opinions.

I think there is nothing to fix with bitcoin, because bitcoin is very good, but only one is possible for us with the problem of delivery that sometimes, long to wait until 6 confirmation ...

I hope you are joking because there is a bunch we can fix currently. First off we can fix the speed and fee at which we transact because they are not up to par and with LN coming that will change hopefully. Privacy is also another issue but upgrades are incoming to take care of that as well. Other than that I don't see much need for improvement, it is not like we need to make Bitcoin great again Cheesy.
I still waiting that LN will adopted on some exchanges, because this LN can affect many advantages for Bitcoin.
We can using Bitcoin as online payment with small amount + small fees and get confirmation fast

I don’t buy into that. Litecoin still has a place and Monero will be launching this in March as I last remember. Monero, Litecoin and Bitcoin are a great complimentary trio with similar ethos.

Regarding Monero, there is also something to be said about every transaction being private and every transaction from the very beginning of the blockchain being private. Monero provides this and this in itself has utility.

Agree though that bulletproofs are extremely exciting. Look forward to seeing this progress.

I think it was smart thought when it was created. All we can change is to hope for lower transaction fees. Are pretty high now for small transactions

I can clearly see that there are other cryptocurrencies that are beginning to dethrone bitcoin, showing off there quick and secured transactions, though bitcoin continues to be the king. What does bitcoin need to improve state your opinions.

Bitcoin currently has some disadvantages as the cryptos have a limit of only 21 million coins, while other cryptos do not have this limitation. The second is the time to confirm the transaction is very slow, sometimes waiting 1-2 days to trade successfully. Moreover, the last thing that Bitcoin needs to improve is the high transaction costs, up to 0.001 BTC p transaction.

In every things there are always many improvements ,as to bitcoins one area to be improve in bitcoins is the stable security of our bitcoin that it will not be rob or steal by other people especially the hackers, this is because one my friend a bitcoin member older than me in the organization has heen hack by his bitcoins, some only then it was gone.

First thing first, the transaction fee nowadays some of us prefer to use ethereum when moving from one exchange to the other due to there low transaction fee then if the processing time could be reduced it will help a lot

I think if bitcoin is not fixed then it does not matter because bitcoin is so popular and popular and a king in crypto currency and is in great demand by community, users, investors and even Bitcoin can be taken for granted.
What Bitcoin needs to improve is the ease within the newcomers interface. That will make more newcomers wanting to do transactions with it.

Bitcoin is the king of cryptocurrencies for sure. But there is some disadvantages and weak points to master. Bitcoin need to have a featute that can ptotect people from scam. Because it is becoming a major problem. It needs to be a bit more stable too so people can rely on it.

I think it should definitely improve its transaction time. Its transaction fees is also kind of high. Other than that, bitcoin is perfect.

We all know that bitcoin has a problem in scalability, I hope somepeople can solve this problem. I have a problem when bitcoin price reach $20000, its transaction fee is very expensive, I think this is the most important thing that bitcoin need to improve.
Yeah when it was $20k you need to pay the fees average for around $100 , it sucks. Subjective question indeed but I believe mostly agree that the scalability should be the priority to fixed. Merchants adoption should grow not stuck or even decrease due government ban . That's all.

the fee is too high for now but gladly, we still have altcoin for another option to get the money although if we exchange our bitcoin to altcoinn and then exchange to fiat, the money will reduce, at least the fee is not too high depends if we exchange from bitcoin to fiat. I think we can thinking another solution to solve this so we could still make a big money from bitcoin.

I think there is no need to fix with bitcoin, because bitcoin is already good enough, what we have to think is about some country policy so bitcoin can be accepted in all country..
