When tell FUD thats mean that all people starting sell when FUN comming with panic and etc . Do not need to sell at FUD - also often could hear this in chats and etc , do not need to sell at fud because could make a lot of mistakes when you have fud.

Many people scare and produce untold stories so they can manipulate people because of bullying news. In the crypto world it is called FUD NEWS. We can not avoid such events as much as the novice in the crypto even if the pro is brought to the bad news produced by other people. Let us be alert and read the news and from where we read the news as of reference. To avoid looking for a proper mentor, trustworthy should be that they can ask you if you have any other news you read as well because you can not help him all the time that everyone is reading the news.

So if you do not want someone to buy something and you are the competitor or even invested in the competitors product, then you would use FUD to attempt to persuade other people not to buy your competitor.

I still doubt that govts trying to regulate Bitcoin is all a FUD though since govts really need to do some sort of regulation if they want to continue receiving taxes from their citizens. This is the latest big scare which I think is legit.
