What can anyone trust agreements with a dictator? It seems to me that the best option for the world and the Koreans, too, is the overthrow of Kim Jong-UN and the construction in North Korea of the same state as in South Korea or the Union of these States.

There is no need to trust Kim Jong Un. If an agreement is reached between Trump and Kim Jong Un, then it becomes the responsibility of China and Russia to make sure that Kim sticks to his part of the deal. And till now, Kim Jong Un has respected the deals which he has made with his allies, and he is having somewhat good relations with Xi Jinping and Putin.

The best thing Trump can do is pull off the border and get a couple of missiles up his ass

You obviously don't understand situation in Korea now.
People in North Korea are brainwashed and trust their leaders absolutely.
Seoul, capitol of South Korea, is very near the border.
If America attack North Korea, in a few hours Seoul can be bombarded and destroyed, and millions of people killed or wounded.
Because of this open attack on North Korea can't be a realistic option.
China can help to solve this crisis, and it seems that their leaders are finally ready to make necessary steps in order to stop nuclear program in North Korea.
Any act of aggression against North Korea could lead to large and unforeseeable consequences.
We have to avoid it at all costs.
Trump have no choice but to work together with China in order to solve this problem.

An ideal solution would be some sort of a deal with North Korea, in which the dictatorship gives up its nuclear program in exchange for solid guarantees that there will be no missile attack on its defense facilities.
What can anyone trust agreements with a dictator? It seems to me that the best option for the world and the Koreans, too, is the overthrow of Kim Jong-UN and the construction in North Korea of the same state as in South Korea or the Union of these States.

Yes, such outcome will be the best for everybody, people of North and South Korea, America and world but real question is how to achieve it without war and potential nuclear attack.
Do you remember how West and East Germany united in 1990?
Unification came because east German regime collapsed inside.
Nobody could attack them because of protection from USSR and possible nuclear war.
I'm sure that the same scenario is inevitable here.
Current regime in North Korea will collapse inside, soon or later.
When this happen, South Korea and America should be ready to help the North and for the peaceful reunification of North and South Korea.
Any other scenario can lead to nuclear war and disaster.
America should also persuade China to stop helping the regime in the North Korea.
If America succeeds in this, the collapse of the North Korea will happen very quickly, quietly and without war.

I don't think that Americans can win a war with North Korea. North Korea is much stronger than Americans.  Trump was made some serious mistakes and I hope for his own good, doesn't do more.

I hope for your own good that you don't honestly believe NK is a more militarily powerful nation than the US. Even so, trust me, no one in their right mind wants a nuclear war. Don't let yourselves get caught up in the media sensationalism that there is going to be a nuclear war between the US and any other nation in the world any time soon. The media is only doing what it does best... fear-mongering. And Kim is doing what Kim does best... making threats he has no intentions of backing up. The fat little dictator is full of hot air.

Amazing people you are Russian. How can it be so that the life becomes worse, and the economy is growing. I guess you're just victims of propaganda. Sanctions do not act immediately, but they start a destructive tool and you will feel a few years after they are canceled. Unless of course they cancel. The Russian behavior is very similar to the behavior of North Koreans. Maybe because they are also Communists?

Have you ever been to Russia? The western media paints a picture of Russia where the parents struggle to feed their children. Come out of the media mirage. If you want to see such scenarios, then you don't need to go too far. As per the latest reports, close to 60% of the Ukrainians are starving.
I am very often in Ukraine and Russia. If you compare the standard of living in the big cities the fact is it is a little higher than in Ukraine, but if you compare the standard of living in small towns and villages that people live better in Ukraine. Besides, the prices for food in Ukraine are lower and there is no hunger. I don't know how to conduct such research in the UN, but it seems to me that they are not correct.

Yes, they give false information. In Russia and Ukraine there are many natural resources for the cultivation of animals and plants, they simply can not starve. I would rather believe that in Africa they are starving.

Bullshit. May be some regions, but besides the low per capita income, sanctions have slashed the value of the ruble. They have some natural resources, but agricultural exports have sucked since the Soviet Union collapsed. Farms lost subsidy; it's taken a while to recover as a national market. They have the land, the Climate as well, but the infrastructure is lacking. And this wasn't always the case, the state sponsored model was pretty efficient.

You can say anything, but I haven't seen hungry people neither in Russia nor in Ukraine. These economies are in really bad shape, but there is no famine. The quality of food is of course bad, but that is another question.

Yeah right....

An average of 19.2 million Russians – or 13.4% of the population – were living last year on less than 9,452 roubles ($139) a month, the minimum subsistence level determined by the Russian government in the fourth quarter.

139$ dollars a month. You realize that is the same as some of us make with a signature campaign?
And there are 20 millions living on that.

Don't even try to compare prices , prices in Russia are at best only 50% off western Europe , while Moscow is still one of the most expensive cities in the world to live.

And if they have that much food they were growing themselves, why do they imported so much from Europe and now they are seeking to buy from Turkey, China and India?

As you can understand Donald have more time for his president job, because Melania live currently in New York ( less family life means more time for work ), so he can also start to think some more strong reaction on North Korea nuclear weapons & missile programme ( see more info here - http://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-17399847. What can happen if he will do something against North Korea ? Do not forget US obligations and US army presence in South Korea.

it will be the third world war and Northern Korea will be destroyed . The Northern and southern Korea will become a united country of Korea. Who will win in the third world war? Just image and guess the winner.

Do you really think that North Korea has the tech to be able to fully bombard a place in which the United States is going to be protecting and is protecting with I think 14,000 US troops stationed at the Demilitarized Zone. This just isn't going to happen in the least.

Plus, I didn't even put into the fact that South Korea and the US have much superior military tech when you're going to be comparing them with the North Korea as most of their armaments are I think from the Cold War Era where the Soviets and the Chinese gave them all of this military equipment.

We'll try to avoid it, but if needed America will intervene alongside South Korea and China in order to topple this horrid regime.

Russian bots are pissing their pants because if trump goes hard on NK then logically next are nations that are under control of russia Smiley

And nevertheless what RT says, russia will lose badly.
Whatever it was, but it seems to me that the threat posed by North Korea is much less of the threat emanating from Russia. And I don't see any steps from the Trump to this threat to prevent.

Russia can be brought down economically. Happened twice in the last 30 years, once with the URSS and once with Russia in 1998.

With North Korea, you can't do this. They don't have a f** economy in the first place.
It's like trying to starve monkeys by putting an embargo on bananas.

You are mistaken about Russia. The ongoing sanctions are having hardly any impact. It is true that the Russian economy has been hit hard by the low crude oil prices, but the economic growth has resumed after many months of contraction.

What about social affairs? Why raise taxes and energy prices and why cut pensions and salaries? Horse, but Russia is a big country and it's easier to cope with difficulties

The economy had 3 years of deep recession. Nearly all of their emergency funds are depleted. The only thing that really gives them profit right now is the defense sector.
They have increasing profits from arms trading several years in a row now.

Syria is not only in russias sphere of influence - but one of the biggest arms show since afghanistan and iraq.
And putin knows how to use it as PR for russias defense sector.

Trump has driven himself into a trap and risks starting a nuclear war with North Korea. He played in the role of president and a serious war could begin in which China will help to defeat North Korea.
