Their whitepaper is the very first thing you should evaluate or scrutinize. It gives you an insight of how their project is going to take place. Also, consider the hard work of their team. The effort they are committing to the success of the project and the uniqueness that it is offering. Altcoin these days had to have a strong foundation of members working on their coins to move into top 50 cryptocurrency if you spot some of them with realistic goals, good product and vision, that encourages me to buy some of these earlier for future movements.

My dreams enocurages me to invest in altcoins. I have a dream to have my own business and I believe that altcoins could give me profit. But before you invest in altcoins, you have to look at the price and the future of that altcoins. Go over the website in which that altcoins started and do background check.

There are too many ads about new projects popping up on the internet everyday. I usually read whitepaper and when I see a project where blockchain is integrated in a really necessary way (not just a payment solution) and also which has a real world usage, it really catches my eye.

For me it depends more about the tech behind, also to know if its POW/POS/pre-mined/etc.
Now, I am not a a daily trader and what I want is that my investment grows over the time by holding them over a longer period of time. ICOs are a good way to get in, however, with a lot of scam projects, one must do a lot of good research before entering an ICO market.

I usually read whitepaper, understand the tech, look at the team behind it, the companies backing the project etc and make my investments during the dip. Buy the dip and hodl is my mantra

That's the best thing that any individual should do because if your not doing the research first before entering ICO'S there is a higher possibility that you would encounter scammer. We are the same I am not also a daily trader, but I always entering ICO's and also hold until the profit goes high.

For me because of many technologies and innovations coming from Altcoins, that's why I am betting and supporting these altcoins who have so much potential in the future, even though there are many coins out there, there is still gem's of altcoin to look for.
Just need proper research and study

To be honest, I never tried to invest with an altcoin before because I really don't have enough money for investment. As of now, I am earning ethereum because I am working on signature campaigns and they paid me with their tokens and I will trade all of my tokens to turn it into eth. Most of ICOs tokens are compatible to ethereum and I really think that ethereum has a potential to make someone successful holding it in their wallet.

I buy altcoins for trading purposes, I also get altcoins from joining bounty campaign and most of my altcoins come from ICOs. I want to have altcoins holding because it will also rise of it's value sooner just like bitcoin before.

Many people like me are still patronizing altcoins. I keep buying altcoins because I earned big amount of money before from altcoins. I know that altcoins will help me to become successful person someday.

I am also crypto enthusiastic and think same for everyone. The growth of some altcoins is faster than Bitcoin. Price fluctuation in Altcoin is also high which is good for trading. For these both reasons i like Altcoin.

What encourages me to invest in any altcoin would be its potential to make high returns and beneficial for long-term goal. It's safe and secured haven for investment.

I think the first to look out before investing on any altcoin is a product itself, how it will be development & for what this is build for. and the after that I have to look their activity on a social media or forum, how the community was build and how active the developer was, it will make me think to invest on it.
