Regulations of crypto has been tough in recent months leaving crypto enthusiasts with P2P transaction on most exchanges. Though it's a good and viable option but it's kinda more expensive and not easily friendly especially for newbies like using the normal credit card option. Are there any exchanges still accepting this payment option?
Use the filter for Credit card and get a list of exchanges that accept credit cards.

You have to check more with Coinmarketcap and Coingecko to get Score, Trust Score. If you feel an exchange is good, you have to do a last stept, visit their website and check Terms of Service.

there is no market exchanger that accepts deposits using credit cards. but if debit cards are many. almost all exchangers that have regulations can go through debit cards.
Using credit cards will be very troublesome for regulatory exchangers and criminal cases, scammers and more.
alternatively you can borrow from a bank or pay later online loan and after you get the money you can deposit it to the exchanger.

...gambling responsibly. Do not be addicted.
Hope you are not from the country that do not allow credit card for cryptocurrencies buying and selling?

It depends on the country that you are from. If credit card is not allowed in your country to be used to buy and sell cryptocurrencies, the exchanges might allow credit cards but not allowing credit cards in your country. As far as a I know, most exchanges are allowing credit cards.

In my country, credit cards are not allowed and we have no alternative than to use P2P.
