^^^ Yet insurance questions never have anything to do with life expectancy, except that the insurance applicant starts to follow insurance company rules by obeying some of the answers the companies are looking for.

Cool

So in your world none of these are related to life expectancy: smoking, practising climbing and mountaneering, have suicidal tendencies ... You are going to rewrite the manual of underwriting just by the mere force of your non-argument? I think you have been eating to much deer meat lately, but hey, go start your own insurance company with your criteria - I like testing theories.

Third world countries tend to have lower life expectancies and this so because of the high level of corruption in these countries. Citizens of these countries do not have access to good health care facilities and even when there is one, only the average Citizens can afford it, thereby making the poor masses rely on mostly unprofessional medical advice.
Yet, the political leaders and few elites patronise private hospitals or fly to developed countries for proper medical attention.

This same issue of corruption has has put this countries and her Citizens in a state where they don't have access to good and accessible roads, hence, the numerous accidents and deaths recorded.

No proper regulations for pollution and the kinds of food and drugs people take into their bodies. Insecurities also are not well managed.

The absence of basic amenities make people think and pressure themselves too much over responsibilities they cannot take care of and things they cannot and could not afford. They over labour themselves with little or no resting. All this issues affect life expectancies in these regions.

Very simple to figure out. Just try to get life insurance with any company. They will ask you to fill in the paperwork with plenty of questions. Those questions are the main factors: Age, smoking, previous diagnoses, suicidal tendencies, sports like climbing, scuba, martial arts,... You family illnesses and hereditary conditions,...

Apart from that, obviously in which country and area your live and how rich you are.

This could be some common causes
1. War, 2. Air pollution, 3. Land pollution, 4. Water Pollution, 5. Hurricane, 6. Flood, 7. Fire & car incident, 8. Food
I think these are common factors that affect life negatively the could lead to death and reduction of age limits. In generally when the ecological system is not suitable for the inhabitance then it leads to death.

Two of the major factors for increasing life expectancy are:
1. Eat more meat from ruminant animals;

I have heard that animal product is good for the body but I don't know the extent that we can say it helps the life expectancy. But you mentioned from ruminate animal and that makes it more curious for me. What is special with ruminate animal food that it becomes the choice raising life expectancy or it is because of the fact they feed from plants. Ruminate animals are herbivores and they majorly feed on plants, so you kind of linking such to life expectancy?

Plants have a certain limited nutritional value.

Ruminant animals have loads of varieties of good bacteria in their stomachs.

The plants that ruminants eat are converted by the good bacteria into all kinds of nutrient chemicals that the plants don't have out in the fields. These nutrients make ruminants healthy and capable. Consider dear and elk. They are fast, powerful animals... and they live youthful-like lives right up to within about 2 weeks of their old-age death.

When lions and other carnivores eat ruminants, they become fast and powerful. It's because of the special nutrition in ruminant meat.

Life in people should naturally be 120 or 130 years. People aren't healthy. That's why they die so young. Ruminant meat helps them live longer because of the varieties of nutrients in this meat, that they can't get anywhere else.

EDIT: It hs been said that the Human Growth Hormone (HGH) can reduce the effects of aging, and increase youthfulness. The common amino acid, L-arginine, converts to HGH in the body.

I am not an expert, but I would include some factors like access to medical services, stress (coming from both workplaces and schools), access to healthy food (instead of ultra processed ones).

In general, life expectancy is high when both body and mind can be properly be taken care of by ourselves and if not by other people whose work is to help others, doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists and spiritual guidance, in the case the person also seems to be in need of it.

If a country also encourages it's population to practice sports, through public pools and arenas, then even better. Here it is rather difficult to find a well-kept place to practice football or basket, unfortunately.

yes, body and mind must be cared for and must always be healthy. because if the mind is full of stress and negativity, it causes the body to get sick easily. what must be prioritized is a pattern of life and thoughts that must always be positive. because the more mature a person will definitely think more about the life he has.

I guess we have several horrible global occurrences that affect the life expectancy in different categories and are peculiar to individual own environments.

Could you be talking of flooding, drought or bad planting and harvest due to climate change? These factors could also have their own added negative effect if not directly to health but may cause anxiety, depression and leading to high blood pressure and its attendant effect. Our environment is also important to our survival like when you consider the hazards of bad extraction and mining of crude oil. This process sometimes are shabbily done, leaving the waters polluted which causes reduction of sea foods and fish which forms the major source of income for those living in riverine areas for example those in Niger delta (Nigeria).

Life expectancy is the average number of years people live within a society. It varies from countries and regions. It is as high as 87 years in some countries and as low as 56 years in some. The leading countries in high life expectancy include South korea, France, Japan and some other Asian countries. Many factors play a role with the key among them being pollution, habits and sometimes, culture.

However,  it seems there should be more that affect life expectancy that I would love to know. Let's discuss.

I consider heath care as a very big factor.
I am a Nigerian and I have lived in the rural area of the country and I have also lived in the 3 major cities of Nigeria (Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt). There is something about the rural dwellings. Most of them die because of far proximity of hospital to their homes. Before the rural dwellers could transport a patient to the hospital, they will die.

Also, the rural dwellers do not take malaria as a serious sickness as they neglect to treat it. And most of them die of malaria. Some will get to the hospital and no money for treatment as there is no health care package for the citizens.

Yes your right, as a young man, growing up from the rural area of my state I found it difficult to access good hospital for health care because we had nothing like that so even when there was an emergency we had to get a vehicle going to the city where we can find a hospital before the person will be attended to and most times the person who needs medical attention end of dying before getting to the hospital. And in the case of rural dwellers not being cautious about the deadly virus malari, I think most of them believe in self madication so when they are attacked by malaria they find it difficult to go to their local chemist which is the popular names they call people who administer drugs to them in the rural areas simply because they think the money they will spend on drugs will help them to get some food because of the level of hardship in the rural areas.

Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) has been proven effective for years for malaria. So has chlorine dioxide. But the medical tried to downplay HCQ when covid came along, because it was effective for covid, as well. The law is that if a drug in use is found that protects against a virus, then a vaccine can't be approved for virus use. So, the medical had to downplay HCQ so they could make money with their poisonous covid vaccines.

No vaccine has ever been safety tested - http://www.freedomsphoenix.com/Article/347562-2023-07-28-rfk-to-fauci-not-one-of-these-72-vaccines-has.htm.

Ukrainians and Russians would say, war, guns, rockets, explosives, tanks, fighter jets, etc., etc.

Cool
Bad situations around the world, aside from all the weapons and all those intercontinental anti-ballistic missiles flying over the space of some war nations, we have other factors that also affect those in the sub-Saharan desert who die of starvation.

I guess we have several horrible global occurrences that affect the life expectancy in different categories and are peculiar to individual own environments.

When it comes to food and drinks we all have a choice. If we choose to include a lot of sugars and processed food into our diet, we'll shorten our lives. As far as alcohol goes it's healthy in moderation. It's proven that drinking wine is good for your blood and beer is good for your bladder Wink

Alcohol good for the bladder?  Grin That sounds funny but to add to that, I have read that alcohol is not very good to the body especially when growing older. We need to balance the alcohol intake and any other thing going into our system including food. We need to take balanced and nutritious food plus fruit and those will nourish our blood cells, build them and increase our immune system to fight against germs in our system.

Yes beer is good for you in moderation because of its diuretic effect. It flushes through your kidneys and bladder decreasing risk of kidney stones. It may sound funny but it's not about alcohol content at all. You can buy beer with only 0-2% of alcohol and it will have the same effect. Low alcoholic beer hes no negative effects, as you'd need to drink a lot of it to feel anything.
I agree that alcohol isn't good for us, but small amounts are completely fine. It's important not to get drunk to the point where you wake up with a hangover, since it's a sign that your body has reached the point of chemical imbalance.

Expectant could either be a foresight towards achieving a great thing in a due specific time or an opposition as an enemy would expect your downfall in other to rejoice against it.

When you owe, you are expected to pay back and when you own a lot, you are expected to spread out.

The societies and it's governance bodies has lot of side to sides expectations.

The societies expects the government to have interests in their feelings and thoughts and not just about the day to day life facts.
They expects the government to maintain the proper laws and orderliness and making provisions for human essential basic survival needs, standing an equality in the society.

The government expects resourceful ness and not a liability from the society and the laws abidment.

The life expectancy of a human being, of course, will vary in each country. Even in each region within a country can be different. So basically from an environmental point of view it will definitely have a big influence on human life expectancy. Because in an environment where we live, it is there that our character and character as humans will be formed, as well as other habits, such as maintaining health and what kind of food is consumed.

Then what definitely affects human life expectancy wherever it is, is education and knowledge. Why does this have an effect? That's all because, by having knowledge, especially about health, it is certain that you will be better able to maintain your health, by managing your diet, exercising, and getting enough rest. So the point is to be able to maintain a healthier lifestyle. So in that way it is clear, that having education and knowledge, it is clear that it will definitely affect the life expectancy of a human being.

And what will definitely have a big influence on the life expectancy of a human being, is the economy. Because not a few, people who commit suicide because their life economy is in a bad state. And not only that, if the economy is in a bad state, for most people, it will be stressful and even depression. Meanwhile, humans who are often stressed or depressed usually tend to get sick more quickly, and if the stress or depression continues, the results will definitely be life threatening. So that's why the economy also has a big influence on the life expectancy of a human being.

Hygiene and medical care made life expectancy skyrocket in many countries from what it used to be in the 40s and 50s. Just look at the life expectancy of newborns. Infants used to die a lot more often than they are now in countries with high level of medical care.

Don't forget the vodka factor!
That's why men in Russia die in peace time 20 years before their wifes and 40 years when Putin does something stupid!
Dude? Vodka isn't the only one alcoholic drink, whiskey, wine, rum etc you can name it.

Yeah right, funny how you named  some stuff  russian  don't drink at all like rum and you forgot beer, don't bother looking at statistics, you have no clue on the scale of illegal alcohol production in Russia. Fuck this shit when the health ministry had to force companies to bottle up tinctures and other products containign alcohol in smaller vials to keep people from buying them as vodka substitute there is something that stinks more than Philadelphia and I don't mean the cheese.
https://iz.ru/news/629922

Maybe he live in a country where most of people afford to consume healthy foods and drink.

You're telling me Europeans are eating processed food that is more healthy than what African eat? Screw food and other stuff, two centuries ago we were eating natural unprocessed unpolluted food and still dying in the 50s, the real life changing impact was hygiene and when we stopped shitting where we eat and sleep.
