For me if i would be just that having that 10% left of my bankroll and my desperation mode is on the peak, then i would really be making use of it on doing some CRASH games.
Trying out to build it up until i would be able to cope up with the loses i have. 1.5x cash out or 2x would be enough. Making out some adjustments if i do feel some 0x bust up on next roll.  
This is the fastest way that i do have in mind and this is something that i wont really be that touching those sports betting though but its not bad to
make up some parlay bets but of course it would really be that getting in line with your interest and knowledge about sports bet but if you are someone who doesnt really have
the idea then of course you would be sticking into those instant type kind of gambling games.

Either parlay it in a sports bet--particularly eSports or basketball--or just go ham in slots. I've recently won good money in slots and I know it's just luck. I wouldn't bet it to be my saving grace though when I'm down a huge percentage of my bankroll and for it to pick me up from the dirt. I've seen it happen to other people, but I don't have the confidence nor faith that it can be the same for me.

As for sports betting, I can analyze games fairly well in basketball and eSports that I might get a decent money off of the remaining 10%. As for getting the bankroll back, it's something that I think would be a miracle however it's worth a shot with sports betting than casino games.

This is not the best place to be and I will not allow myself to be in a situation where I will be chasing losses. You know this will most likely mean losing all your funds because that last one big bet will not always work because it is emotion and greed driven. Should this happen, instead of wasting so much time trying to build it back, I will enter one of the casino games like slot that is base on luck with huge reward if it works out and see where that can carry me to. Sports book will be emotionally draining at that point and takes so much time to settle.

One thing is for sure; I won't bet with casino games if it is a one time big time bet 'coz I don't trust my luck. Well it is true, however maybe OP is just being hypothetical with the question. Ofcourse it won't be advisable to bet an amount you will be so worried of, and that could be everything you have. No excuse will push you to do so if you want to be happy with your gambling journey. Losing will be the worst outcome in this case.

As I'm saying, in sports betting, you could increase your chances of winning. My choices are either boxing or basketball. As we all know, player or team statistics matter in sports betting. From those data, you could draw conclusion on which one should you bet with a huge amount. And for sure feelings would be different from putting that amount in slot machines, dice games, and roulettes. At least, there will be hope of winning.

The most logical gambling game for me when I lost 90% of my balance is slot games. I choose slot games because slot game offer a big wins
like x100 or higher but it needs a big luck to win on that slot game which I think that not many gamblers can have their luck comes when they gambled. Their luck will not stay besides them and only comes in the right time. I can't imagine if I had an experience losing 90% of my total balance. It will makes me very sad and can't think clear about my losses because that will be much money that I already risked.
I don't know what I will want to do because of that big loss and do not want to make one shot big bet to end my gambling activities because that means I will loss everything.

I usually bet on half of the choices then let big multiplier hits. I have 50% chance on winning the base bet x20 plus whatever extra multiplier it can grow depending on the outcome of the game. Either way you have a chance to break even and win huge amount by just betting almost a 50:50 chance game that supposedly x2 multiplier only on normal games.

As far as I understand any game chosen for betting involves risk we have to bet considering the risks. There is very little guarantee that you will win the bet. Luck is required here I love playing slots there are huge winning chances but be careful before shorting. If ever I would be in this kind of scenario, I would bet in a game like high-stake poker/tournament or maybe on a sport with good odds of winning. But in context like this, if it happened to me and it had to be done, the choice would be on game that could actually provide bigger multiplier.
Maybe using plinko or roulette could be game option that can provide fairly large multiplier, but it will depend on luck so in the last opportunity have to be really sure about the bet make.

With poker you won't get high return in 1 bet. If you go all in straight away most other players will probably fold. You will win but the money on the table will be low so this isn't a viable option.
Other than that you're right, card games are much better, give you a sense of control and a chance to recoup some of the losses fast. The problem is that OP wants to go fast, so BJ might do the trick.

The problem with your idea is that you'd have to multi bet. You're not the only one who wants to bet on strong teams which means payouts will be low unless you step it up by betting on a series of games.

I will simply bet on Arsenal, Bayer Leverkusen, Manchester City, Brighton and Liverpool to win because I am into sports betting. These teams are in top form currently and I am 100% certain that my 10% bankroll will give me my returns. Though it might not be so much because most bookies give these teams smaller odds if I stake with my 10% bankroll I am sure of getting X10 if I bet on these teams to win and over 2.5.

I don't know maybe this situation always don't work for me. Not every week is a week to celebrate win. In Premier League matches, you can be lucky to have have 9 matches of 10 go as you expected only for one team like Manchester City that played with Chelsea to win but they draw, this scenario happen many times and that's how I sometimes end up finishing my bankroll without anything left but sometimes I do make it when I try Basketball.

Slots is my number one go-to casino games. Secondly, I will go with sport-betting and make a parlay. I won't ty out roulette because I am not familiar with it. 

do remember, those games you mentioned are based mostly on luck. the possibility is always there but the likelihood to get rekt on these games is high. of course, if you win in those games, you can really get back some of your losses but not a guarantee to get it all.

one luck-based game that i think of here is the crash game. because you can easily get more than 10x of your base bet if you are lucky enough. do remember, some can get as high as 100x or more in crash. but that is, if luck is on your side. if not, you can easily lose all your bet in one shot as well. so your choice here eventually.

The only possible way to win it back with 1 shot and with only 10% money left = roulette, slots, parlay, live games such as Crazy time and else.
But I prefer to choose another way, because the chance is not 50-50 (per round) with the options above.

I will pick 50-50 games such as Baccarat and always place bet with all-in bet. The round is faster, usually less than 2 minutes.
With the last 10% of your money, if you win = 20% (banker 19% and player 20%)
Place another yolo bet with 20%, if it wins = 40% then place another yolo bet and if it wins again you have 80%.
And you can bet normally again with the 75% or 80% of your money or risk it all with 1 yolo bet again.
I know its not easy to win 3 or 4 bets in a row (baccarat), take your time, watch the pattern and choose wisely.

I agree with you on that,  because if he is already down by 90% it then means that he has gone all and lost for the day and the best thing to do is to take a break,  but then we have some gamblers who already have the mindset of existing they entire balance so for sure they will want to stake the last cent in the account,  and for sure we have this mindset that there will be a better chances if they risk more into the bet they could have one final chances of hitting the biggest win of their life.

Some time,  the gambler get lucky to win the bet and make a good turn over and other time he will still lose the last remaining balance and go home with zero balance.
