A lot of the games involve playing against the house. maybe a PVP feature on every other game might be a good idea.

There are programs to make the best word with a given board and given words.
It is really hard to include skill based games into gambling, as (near) perfect play is very very easy for a computer to find, and this is impossible to stop unlike real tournaments.
