It is always necessary to take into account that the crypto currency has a very high volatility. Against the backdrop of the recent negative reports from China on the suspension of the ICO and the prohibition of crypto-exchange exchanges trading in Crypto currency, the rate of all digital currencies fell sharply. Now the crypto-currency market has practically stabilized, bitcoin is already trading at $ 4,800, and therefore soon you should expect a good growth in the price of other altcoys.

It is normal, but usually altcoin are down when bitcoin goes up. Another factor is the incoming calls fork. Many are accumulating bitcoin to get more free bitcoin gold.
During the past price pumping, along with bitcoin most altcoins grew higher. This time the price of bitcoin is growing high and only very few alts show signs of price increase. Maybe by the upcoming fork once again the same scenario as the past prevails.

I think until the end of October, people will stay in BTC, or eventually cash in FIAT, should BTC experience a major retracement.
Then, ALTs will gradually recover.
When BTC is down, ALTs are down, when BTC is up, everyone is buying it and ALTs are down. In my opinion, ALTs just need a period of low BTC volatility.

Same thing as when BCH was coming out everyone sold their alts in order to horde btc. Just wait it out or start buying some more altcoins and it'll readjust after.

Exactly. Just after the hardfork alts should be pumped for sure.
No doubt about that as people will quickly want to buy back at dips and we will end up seeing the value of these coins shooting up pretty fast after the fork. Bitcoin on the other hand should have much push ups than we already have as so many will also be dumping their BCC for BTC.

Thinking of buying few alts anyway, once the dips are fully levelled as they huge comeback will be as good as having free coins as well for the altcoins.

common fact.
"growing got attention" so this is why all red because they are not growing and lose people attention. but I don't sale or convert my altcoins because i know one day they will rise up like bitcoin in last 8 months.

people's confidence in altcoins has decreased. For example, I lost a lot of money because of the shift.
I think it is more reasonable to stay in bitcoin or ethererum these days

This was always like this. Bitcoin and ethereum became the stable assets for market shifts. And staying in there is much more logical nowadays. But we didn't know this before the shift occur.

It is very normal in times like this. There is a whole lot of dumping going which makes you to see the altcoin charts giving the slide pattern as people are opting for bitcoin pretty fast. Moreover, it even seems more interesting as the rate at which bitcoin is mooning is all indication that no one wants to miss the free coin BCC wants to offer. However, you just have to get use to it. Once the fork is over, this should correct itself.

I don't know. I would say that everyone is selling their alcoins in order to buy more BTC, and then get more bitgold out of the fork that will happen in 22 days from now. A lot of people made some very good money with the fork from b-cash, so maybe they are hoping they can do it again. I'm not sure this is the reason, but I don't see any news that could affect alts or ICOs, so for me this is the best possible reason for what is happening.

BTC is moving up which usually indicates ALTS will correct to their respective USD value in BTC but these oversold markets are due to the upcoming hardfork. People are hoarding BTC to get as much BITGOLD and B2x as possible. I would be lying if I didnt say I was doing the same.

Traders may sell their Bitcoin gold after the fork just like Bitcoin cash and put that money back into
cheap altcoins. Best to just hold and wait until it settles down.
