Where i can find official statement of Russia (Putin  Wink ) that they reduced fines for Bitcoin?

You can read it here, but you will need to translate it with Google translate if you can't read Russian.

http://regulation.gov.ru/project/17205.html?point=view_project&stage=3&stage_id=13676

There is an article about it here

http://cointelegraph.com/news/112901/ukraine-hardens-stance-on-bitcoin-as-russia-lowers-proposed-penalties-for-crypto-users

Google chrome offers to automatically translate the Russian page for you.

it is really chinese and russians too, who is doing this ?

Maybe it's partially the Ukranians too. Apparently loads of its citizens are putting money into bitcoin because its currency is dropping like a stone in value.

There is a lot of buzz on Chinese forums that Russia reduced fines for Bitcoin involvement and in fact Russia is opening up to Bitcoin. The Chinese are crazed at this time and buying in big time as they did last year around the same time.

Oh nice, I have read about Russia reducing fines for bitcoin but where can I read about Russia opening up for bitcoin?
