Crypto currency can not be known with certainty the development of any coin that can not be ascertained we can only have confidence and patience someday prices will develop more rapidly
I also really do not want if the price of Etherium will experience a very sharp decline, because in my opinion Etherium is a coin platform that I really like besides Ehterium is a famous coin that is very often used by crypto as a medium of exchange and transactions.

Not surprisingly, eth behaves like many top altcoins. Now I think maybe it will still fall, but the price is good for a long-term purchase. When the bull market comes, eth will bring very good profits.
In this case, the price of ETH is going down is due to the huge amount of the ICO scam projects. That makes the exchange rate of ETH is going down and down in 2018. I think ETH is not the only Cryptocurrency which is affected by the current market situation, almost all of the altcoins are decreasing and it seems that the entire market is affected. If bitcoins price will increase again, there might be chance that others will do also. 
A lot of existing platforms nowadays which are functional were built on top of the ethereum blockchain. If you're thinking that ethereum will die, that is a big NO. The falling of ETH down to below $100 is due to the downtrend of thw cryptocurrency market. Expect to rise when the market shift to bullish.

Ethereum is going down because all market is going down. Even bitcoin lost in price so all coins always follow it. Things are not good at all now((
Actually nearly nothing happened to ethererum if you compare it to other currencies. I have been calculatin the price of neo aginst ethereum.last week you could buy nearly same amount of neo with this week.all of them did go down the same.
Ether smart contract which gives power to ICOs are the coin that is most sell after ICO investors want to cash out so you don't suppose to see it going up the same way as bitcoin does, but when bitcoins goes down, it goes lower.
Does this mean that ICOs are cashing out to fiat via ether? It make sense though because millions of ether if simultaneously cash out will bring it's price down and it will continue as ICO is continuing to accept ether in exchange of their token.
Bitcoin is the king of all cryptocurrency coin, therefore the present dip from BTC has an impact on ETH, Ethereum is sure a currency with good team, we can be sure of a price pump, when the general correction is over, ETH is a coin in demand by alll in the space.
Well said, it will be a very big shame if things are not done to correct this present mess the ETH is into because if care it not taken and things are not fine to properly address this, a whole lots of coins will be affected as many coin depend and have their platform built on the platform of the ethereum. I hope something is done as soon as possible but as we are waiting we should keep investing so that when the price finally get up we will make a whole lots.

Do you look through price in Bitcoin? Than it is even greater for you, because in $ you get 7.5% instead of 5%.And answering what is happening to price - it is just going to it's normal value, pre-hype position. And it can go lower, imo.
Developers are not responsible for price. They are responsible for technology. You and me are responsible for price.

Just a question, what do you expect the developers of ethereum to do? They are in charge to improve ethereum, they are not in charge to make sure that people get profits out of their investments, that is the responsibility of everyone that invested in ethereum and if they cannot deal with that responsibility it is better for them to get out of the market. 
The development team is working on updating the idea they have but the implementation is lame. They have not released one update now planning another I don’t know why. If they do not release it in 2019, then the coin will have a terrible fall, I hope everything will be fine.
As far as I know, the release of the update is planned for the end of January 2019, but I do not think that because of this the price will fall, most likely it will continue to fall in any case.
The bear trend is seriously testing the nerves of investors and holders now, personally i never thought that eth can go so low again, i am still supporting and holding my eth and im still hopeful that january will be the turning point for eth and we can expect bulls due to big eth developments in january.
In my opinion Ethereum tends to follow the steps of Bitcoin on every move, this can be seen when the price of Bitcoin falls, it will be followed by Ethereum and also followed by other Altcoin, so I don't feel strange If ethereum falls now, Ethereum has a feeling like Bitcoin .
