Deciding to sell at a loss is a personal decision and it is the same as a person who wants to decide to take a profit when there is a spike in the price of the coin he is holding, so it really doesn't matter as long as his decision can be very right.

Decision-making like this of course has gone through many considerations, we can't judge someone's decision to sell at a loss considering the level of someone's compromise on a loss is different, moreover those who have small capital in investing, the losses that occur are felt and this greatly affects the mental, will be different from those who have large capital, they will actually buy more assets that they consider potential because it will increase the profits they will get.

It’s crashing now. Does anyone know what happened to the crypto market?
The crypto is getting correction and it is not yet to stop because bitcoin is still floating at $42k-$43k and could get down for more. You need to calm down and not panic by selling your bitcoin at a loss because bitcoin will rise again and start the next rally. You can wait for a while and buy back Bitcoin at a low price so you can expect to make a profit when the price increase. Hold your bitcoin tight, and maybe you can leave the market for a while so your focus is not on the crypto. That will be better to avoid panicking.

Are you worried about the decrease in value?. I think you should have take advantage of it to buy more crypto you have and gain profit when the price go up again. Whales will be very happy if many people are panic selling.
Big investors always take advantage of people who feel panicked by corrective market conditions like now, because besides they have a lot of capital when making purchases on certain coins, they also really like to buy at low prices to maximize profits at other times.

In my opinion, the cause of the recent decline in crypto asset prices is because investors are starting to reduce risk due to the declining global stock market. Global stock markets on the other hand are also in a slump due to concerns over risk shocks caused by China's property market. On the other hand, investors are focusing on the policy direction of the United States central bank, the Federal Reserve.

I think this is a natural thing to happen in the crypto market, the ups and downs of crypto prices are not a surprise anymore but things that must be monitored by those who have crypto assets, be it bitcoin or other altcoins.

I think there was some fundamentals news that was responsible for the price correction I believe it is momentarily, price movement is not a one way traffic whichever bullish or bearish sentiment the price is undergoing there is bound to be a minor pullback or correction, which is presently playing out by Price Action , above all I always take cognisance of the need to always take some profits whenever the price rallies upward and wait for opportunity in case of any price dip or correction which we are experiencing now to buy and accumulate

There's no need to be afraid; all you have to do now is make some adjustments. China's news is merely another example of what has happened in the past. Things will be OK in no time. Man, if you're going to sell for less than you paid, that's your loss, not anyone's.

The assumption that the crypto market is currently breaking down is not quite right, the fact that there are still many people who take advantage of the current market conditions to buy large coins at cheaper prices indicates that the market is still doing well, the current dump is arguably just a normal correction. Since a long time ago, dumps like this have happened not only now, but the market is only improving its ecosystem, don't panic to sell assets rashly just because of the dump.

This is a normal adjustment. It is very likely that some profitable people will sell their bitcoins and turn them into cash. Because everyone invests in Bitcoin for the purpose of making money. Although many people did not make a profit, the reason is very simple. The level of belief in recharge is different.

The news that I heard the President wants to block cryptocurrency transactions in america because the ransomware virus transacts through digital currencies. This makes the president want to close access to cryptocurrencies in america. And it has an impact on the price now.

I am also unaware to what causes the market to dump but definitely not the start of a bearish season. This is more of price corrections and this happens all the time so investors should not be much affected with this as the market will always recover after a day or two. And i think while we are having this dip, it will be better to start buying bitcoin and your chosen altcoins while they are becoming cheaper today. This might be a good sign that the market is already near to its market's bullish season because we might see an ATH after this.

All the drama going on in China (Evergrande and other stuff) is playing a role and I think that we can be in for a much larger dip. Nobody can really predict what will happen next (many try and always fail lol), but I am waiting a little bit longer before buying anything.

You are new to the market? Maybe it is a need for you to be aware of the situation where the market is volatile and you can expect and experience this all the time.
I'm uncertain as to what the reason causes of this dump as usually whales did this but to hear no info of such transactions that is why I could say this was just a normal market correction and we need not make a deal with this but to keep calm and easy. To have fun with the other stuff outside crypto will really give us ease.

A normal corrections after hitting the price of $50k, and including the panic on going in China and Korea, the result is negative in crypto for now and later on it will rise again. We are still on a good price, and a good price to buy only if I could have extra funds, I wont panic and instead I’ll buy more because I know this market already, it always recover from a big fall.

Jeez... What's going on, really?? Man, just watch the price charts for the last five years and calm down. Nothing's happened. Nothing at all. Nothing to talk about.

The trending news is that the market is going through correction because of the reports coming out of China, i am not sure whether it is true or not but we know for a fact that the market had a huge correction and majority of the blame is put on China as per some of the articles i have read and the next theory is that people are opting to invest in much safer asset than a highly volatile asset like Bitcoin.

Don't panic and puke, just a simple correction that will surely recover soon right after this bad news that has happened.  If you will sell under the price where you purchase, man, that's your loss, not ours.

Probably the price was affected by the recent news that comes from China, I read this news on the Telegram channel about China was ordered to shut down all crypto mining activity that was found on Sichuan province, and also it make worst when their government tell to the bank that to stop supporting cryptocurrency transactions, but this isn't new, they always doing this but at the end Bitcoin or the entire crypto will always recover by this correction of the price.

The crypto market was reacting the bad impact from the various bad news

1. Evergrande's bad impact to the crypto and stock market
2. The NFT hype seems to be over very soon
3. The news about all of cryptocurrencies will be regulated https://thedefiant.io/gensler-sec-regulate-all-crypto/

I guess all of these events were adding very bad impact to the fear of market parameters. that's why crypto especially bitcoin was quite difficult to recover from the dump.
Bitcoin is almost touching 40k rate again and if it goes down below that and another dump may come soon.

If there is no bad news,  i hope this is just an ordinary correction, this condition is similar to the conditions in 2017 which ended with a bull run at the end of 2017 and early 2018. Moreover, in December 2021 there will be good news about the increase in the ETH network.
