Unless someone knows about your Bitcoin investment or has access to your laptop or smart phone I don't think anyone is ever going to be able to get your Bitcoins. They are going to be lost forever like the hundreds of thousands of Bitcoins already lost. If you have a large amount invested then you should consider putting your private keys in your will.

Nope, this is no existential question (although...). Everybody's talking about "When will Bitcoin die", but what if you die, and your family don't find your key, or don't understand it, or think it's only a useless sheet of paper with some code on it, or simply throw it away... Does this mean the currency's gone forever?

I find the possibility of this event rather realistic (yup I don't believe in eternal life), so that means that someday there might be 21M BTC but only 18M (and counting down...) is left in the market?

If we're not keen in making writings and passing it down to whomever eligible, then you should be worried and start writing. Write whatever possible data or information regarding how to withdraw your bitcoins out of your wallet and be used again properly.

Yes, and I think that is being ready and that looks like we're making our will to those persons we love that we're going to leave after death.

If ever someone dies and their family member or spouse never knew about bitcoin, your coins will be gone forever it is just like losing the key of your unbreakable safe. That is why to prevent this you need to put write it with paper and specifically put that you should not throw this away because this is money and also make sure that you put the amount of the money. If they see that they will never throw it and it is really up to them if they want to learn on how to use bitcoin and cash it out or continue investing it.

Yes it can gone forever if no one know your wallet passwords or key. Maybe to prevent this, peoples need to share their key to someone they very close.
So if they holding much amount of bitcoins, the circulation number won't decrease significantly because the large amount of bitcoin unable to use.

if we pass on our crypto wallet to our children or our heirs, It is said that quantum computers will soon appear that will be able to decode any codes in a very short time. So do not worry, your bitkoins for humanity will not be lost.

the dead are only gods of the ALLAH, because the one who created the universe is only the ALLAH, we humans can only surrender when we have been picked up death, never fear death.

We do deal with this situation! Never know what tomorrow and accident will come first!
Tell the family about some of the common sense of cryptocurrency. When accidents happen, they can take out the cryptocurrency!

When we die! our bitcoin will be lost if we don't keep our private keys for someone else in the family or to a close friend. I think it's too risky if you do that, but you should do it and trust someone else for your money, it's better than this amount of money will be lost forever, At least take a part of your wealth in another wallet and share your private keys for the someone you trust and the other part save it for yourself.

This very question struck in my mind too few months back and as a measure i asked my elder brother to get some knowledge about bitcoin and thing so that i can make him understand about my holdings and how to unlock and use them incase something happens to me.
So you guys should also do something similar.

So the good things we should do before we die is to give those important details of our investment to someone we can really trust so our investment will not become useless and ensure they will give it to our love ones.

We don't need to worry about our crypto investment if we die as long as we give already those important files about our investment because our will in our wallets even many years will passby.

This is true, there are many bitcoin already which no one has access to and there will be much more in the future. There should be some way to retrieve the coins which are locked in an inaccessible wallet. Maybe there could be a legal way to declare the amount of bitcoin holding or any kind of license/insurance policy for your bitcoins.
Yeah no one can see the future. Everyone will die but nobody know when. For all i know, there will always be this one person or few people we can trust. it could be your spouse, siblings or parents. In order for us not to die with our bitcoins going waste, its better we make our bitcoin wallet address and private key known to them. Better still, we can make a will which includes our bitcoin account details so that our relative can get access to our bitcoins when we die.
