Well they aren't important , are they ?
If I'am correct this is Multibit HD and the Client fees shouldn't have anything to do with the transaction since 1000 Satoshi's are sent to the Client developpers and managers etc... and you paid transaction fee so that's the important .
but how could you send without client fees , they became obligatory lately  Huh
Yep it's very weird, done many transactions with it included, haven't touched anything.

Can't find the transaction on blockchain - are those BTC lost? It's supposed to pay client fee by default but now it didn't...
