Unless it is protected by a Faraday cage or some other military grade security system, any computer will be knocked out by any kind of Elrctro Magnetic Pulse. Some servers are kept in underground bunker, so that serious solar storm can not harm them, while some are being protected by Faraday cage. So, it will be near impossible to knock out all the computers and the serevers on earth at the same time by any solar storm, regardless of if its size and power.

The EMP would knock out all modern electrical circuits, unless they are protected by a Faraday cage or hardened (like military stuff is). We are regularly hit by activity from solar flares and storms, so unless it's a real monster storm which will  probably trigger an extinction event (ours) then as the song says "don't worry, be happy"

With the premise that every single Computer turned off.

I guess that we'd have to turn them back on again. What happens when a server room goes out in case of a power outage? Diesels and UPS backups kick in. Some server rooms are located underground, some are in bunkers, some are in Faraday cages. You can't damage all computers on Earth at the same time. You'd have to destroy Earth itself to do it.
