Ive been buying computer parts. So close to buying the last parts I need for my computer. All I need is about 0.2 btc, or for the price to go up a few more dollars Smiley

I bought 5 blotters of LSD back for 3 BTC when BTC was still at $20.

Blotters of LSD? I haven’t noticed anyone talk about LSD since tie-dye, bell bottoms and giant afros were in style. Try joining us in the current century and give 25I-NBOMe a test drive. It’s a better high without the flashbacks when you’re at work a couple of days later.

BTW: That's not unique; everyone has purchased drugs with Bitcoin. SR pretty much kick-started Bitcoin.

I'm curious as to what people buy with bitcoin? Surely we can't all just horde it?!

The only thing I bought was a miner from BFL. This was just before the spike so my miner has now cost me about $3,000. That's a hard pill to swallow but I know others are worse off than me. Also, I hope to make that back quickly as long as they start shipping... soon Huh

Post up photos or just a description of what you've purchased.

I've bought bars of silver, gemstones, video cards, and most important (to me):   an AR-15 Smiley

Me too, the Bitcoin Magazine!  Looking forward to getting it in Korea.  Loved how easy the transaction was.
Really rooting for Bitcoin to continue to succeed.
