You can try to use a VPN if you can't access the website, just make sure that they won't leak the information. The government probably won't bother about trying to charge you but the gambling site would be held liable hence they disable deposits.

I would check your laws closely - rarely is it illegal to be a gambler - it's just illegal for gambling companies to supply services to that country. In such a case you'd be fine gambling to any site that'd be willing to accept you (especially Bitcoin ones) as usually there are better things to be done with public resources than chase after offshore gambling companies.
Bitcoin gambling is still not regulated and thus it's still not illegal so you could give it a try I guess

I do not think there really is gambling is legal. each country has its own rules. all back to you. My advice do what you can do it.

Not because of anonymity ,you are never anonymous online and especially with the ruling govt... but because government's dont get involved in bitcoin shit generally.go to internet cafe or somewhere you get internet service and gamble .
I'd say abide by the rules. Follow the law. Gambling is a bad thing anyway. People lose thousands to it, and if gambling is banned in your country, it means your country loves you more than it's wallet. Governments are usually funded by casinos, and if gambling's banned, thank your government.

This is the best advice. What should you do if gambling is illegal in your country? You should stop. You are breaking local law to gamble online. Should you want to continue this discretely, get a vpn subscription and keep bitcoin away from your fiat bank account.

The only real problem you can have is withdrawing your money (if you win a lot) but you would have to win a lot of money for the bank to even notice it so you should have no trouble with anything really.
