What If Bitcoin is banned in your country will you still use it?

If you use it how will you? How will you exchange it and how will you completely use it as you do before.

If bitcoin is banned I think no income coming for us and also to every people use bitcoin. They also affect their income how there are survive if bitcoin is banned because some of us bitcoin is there hope to fulfill their needs. What will happen to us if they banned it? Maybe some of us use bitcoin secretly to support their needs. Maybe I can use too secretly.

In our country, I think that is hardly possible that Bitcoin will be banned. There are no specific rules and regulations that is in place yet. It may be possible if something happened on Cryptocurrency on the global market and the first world countries has taken actions against it. I believe our country will follow. Maybe , ICO scams will be banned but not bitcoins.

My question is How come that Bitcoin will be banned? Bitcoin is a money, Virtual money. So that I think the government will not make or do that thing because many people can be affected in that situation.

How about "what if Government Bans Air"?  Not possible, right?

Same way banning Bitcoin won't be possible because It is  decentralized and owned nor controlled by no one.

Haha I like your joke brother Grin Nice comparison huh.
Yeah its true like it won't happen. Being decentralized attracts people to use it, government is hands off to this and they can't use it for their corruption. Well if its get banned I will immediately exchange it to our local currency.

What If Bitcoin is banned in your country will you still use it?

If you use it how will you? How will you exchange it and how will you completely use it as you do before.

Its very hard question to answer. If in case this kind of scenario will happen in our country then the first that I am going to do is to secure my money.
I will sell all my bitcoins and exchange it to our currency so I can still use it. Once banned I don't have intention in using it again as I am a law abiding citizen and I don't like to make a move that I will regret someday.

It's hard to believe that it happen but there's a possibility. I think if it is happen I sell my bitcoin immediately to recover the amount I invest. Moreover, I think I need to invest earning cash to other business to continue my income.
There is a little chance that bitcoin will be banned by using it, lots of people are now using bitcoin and investing to earn income, having more users makes bitcoin life much stronger. But if that chance happen i will withdraw all my fund in bitcoin and start to build my own business which will gives me daily income.

Don't really think this is possible since there is just no point in banning Bitcoin. The countries that ban bitcoin would just be crippling themselves and their economy. Most countries would just tax Bitcoin instead of taxing it.

yes agree.. i dont think bitcoin will ever be ban. as in totally ban. yes, some countries may ban it but still they cant control it as long as people in there countries has the access to internet. for me, if my country bans it, then i will change my bitcoin to dollars then change to our currency.

I will still use it because I know that the government will just make it legal sooner or later because if bitcoin is already widespread and then they are going to ban their citizens to use it, they know that their citizens will do something to access it so instead of being against it, they will eventually give up and make it legal and then just get their share of the income of its citizens through tax. If its currently banned then I would just use a VPN so that I can still access it and continue earning. There are still other purpose even if I can't cash it out directly to any banks in my country. If there's a will there's a way.

I do not know, but if there is not a very heavy sanction I will still use it even though it will prevent us from going to exchange. because I already liked bitcoin.

It won't be. These what if questions are... pointless. See, even if some countries make it illegal, it will still get used. You cannot technically ban Bitcoin or cryptocurrency entirely because that would entail shutting down the internet altogether, which realistically would never happen. If that did happen, Bitcoin and crypto would be the least of most people's concerns.

This is going to be very hard for me for sure but I am sure just the same that I will be finding a way out of it. There are exchanges that offer USD. I guess that will be a key. I will just find a local wallet that accepts USD and then from USD I will convert it to my local currency. I am afraid this is not yet possible at the moment. Anyway, I would still stick to Bitcoin even if it goes illegal in my country.

If Bitcoin goes illegal in your country everyone would still use it only under the table. By the way, what country are you from? I don't think Bitcoin would become illegal in my country for sure.

Stupid question mate, I will keep using it online to purchase whatever merchants are selling and of course whatever I need to buy if possible to pay

With Bitcoin and if I ever needed to sell Bitcoin but I couldn't do it in my own country then I'd just try to find a buyer from outside of my country to

Sell them my Bitcoins for dollar and receive it via paypal or credit card, problem solved.

No such things as stupid questions, and imho this question is far from stupid.
While a ban in practice wouldn't really be feasible, governments can make it very hard for bitcoin if they want.

To the point where legally exchanging to fiat wouldn't be possible, or that vendors can't officially accept btc no more etc.

Everyone is saying we will all keep using it, and of course most of us will, but this would be a serious downfall for bitcoin if it ever would happen.

Even if it got banned it would not stop being used. Just like illegal drugs people still make, use and sell them but they are just illegal.
