I am wondering what would happen to bitcoin.
Bitcoin is mostly traded in dollars. Does that mean that if the dollar crashes, the bitcoin would crash along with it?
Or would the bitcoin be worth just much more dollars?

I think at that time a new currency will emerge and will take the place and if bitcoin will be stable at that time then people will prefer bitcoin for to take the place of dollar.

As time goes on, more people will find the benefit of the bitcoin as there is limited supply, they will not be exploited.

If the Us Dollar crashes then there is nothing that we are able to do but to accept it if it is ever going to happen somewhere in the future.
Still I do not think that it is ever going to happen because to me it seems almost impossible.

Well if dollar will be crushes yeah euro will replace usd and i think its more valuable to use euro than usd..
Bitcoin will be still as alternative for online payment and i think bitcoin has no power to replace usd.

I think it's more easily euro broken than USD.
Why? Greece is a good example. And there's others countries running in the same way... And USA can start a new war to maintain your fiat alive  Roll Eyes

Is this opinion of yours because of the independency of some countries in EU? Hmm. That could likely happen but there is this strength in their exports so still it will be hard to crush the euro.

If the value of US Dollar crashed the economy of the entire world will also down as most of the countries depend on USD and their economy may also depend on bitcoin therefore if the USD crashed it will effect all most all the economies of the world.

Nope I do think so, because if we see the crises in US dollars it would affect the USA region only. I think other countries would be safe I'm their economic balance. I think USA government may adopt the bitcoin that time make as the national currency.
the impact of the currency fall only slightly to the economy of the country as a example GBP now is currently falling but the British economy is still pretty good and it will be same with usd if usd fall does not mean usa economic will collapse.

You are right. Having a weaker currency does not mean that a country is collapsing. But that can also means that it is lagging behind. If the currency is weaker that another currency, it can mean that it is weakening or the other currency is getting stronger.
Yeah if usd will be weaker there is another currency locally that will increase or almost currency below the usd.. can be high ranks..
This is not the same in top 100 in coinmarketcap they are just relaying in volume and marketcap not in the price..

There will be a worlwide panic. There will be a problem pertaining the use of btc since it is backed up by dollar and not by gold. If dollar crashes then bitcoin crashes as a currency. A new bitcoin will emerged and that is the bitcoin being controlled by the government. A new bitcoin under the rule of law which is more transparent and a legal tender.

Not necessarily, Bitcoin is backed by fiat as a whole and the US dollar is just one instance of fiat currency. Granted it is arguably the most powerful currency in the world but the sum of the other top currencies should be enough to counter a dollar crash as far as Bitcoin value is concerned. Some people might even consider Bitcoin as a way to limit the damage, thereby pushing the price up.

I think if the currency of a country crashes then it occurs because of some issue in the economy of that country so first the economy will be crashed and after that USD will crash but it will not do any effect on other countries.

The US dollar is the most recognized/used currency worldwide, if it were to crash the whole world would be negatively impacted, at least in the short to mid term depending on how bad the crash is. It is likely that Bitcoin value would go up as people look for an alternative store for their wealth but all in all this scenario is most definitely not desirable.

I can't imagine how main currency of the world can crash. It's almost impossible in my opinion. Local currencies can crash, and we saw it happened to ruble few years ago and now pound is falling. But I don't know what would need to happen to crash most important currency in the world.

It happened for the past years that dollar crashes and it made the world to have a massive financial crisis and I think this is possible to happen again.

Because most of the currencies are depending on their value with dollar and if that happens for sure all of us will be affected.

And that is why many currencies are depending on dollars because they think dollar is the best and superior.
It could happen but we should pray it will not happen again, for sure the value of bitcoins will also decrease since the major holder of bitcoins are from western countries, with that happening, that means there is a problem with the economy of bitcoin and many people will be jobless.

I don't think you have a very advanced understanding of economics. The USD is the baseline currency for the world and a large majority of trade agreements are made based on the USD rates. If the USD collapses the entire world is affected, like it or not. Trade agreements have to be re-designed, exchange modifications have to be made, and the US would experience a massive series of economic issues resultant from a weak currency in an import nation.

Why not. If the dollar collapses, then it affected not only the United States. Many people who are not US citizens keep their money in dollars. Large enterprises also. In general, Bitcoin does not replace the dollar. Too few people trust him
