It is a good idea that bitcoin will advertise in televisions. All platforms of advertising now is acceptable to use in advertising the bitcoin. It helps to make the bitcoin more popular and more people will involve in bitcoin. In this things it make the community of bitcoin grow and it may help to the price of bitcoin will rise up. If it will advertise in televisions there's a lot of viewers will notice and will be curious in bitcoin.

BTC is very innovative idea and millions of people are investing into BTC and get their employment through it. BTC is an asset and could be preserved for future generations so everyone should be aware to BTC and the best thing to tell everyone about BTC is to advertise it everywhere and to advertise BTC is very successful strategy for BTC because in today's time everyone can afford TV and having TV at their homes, so whatever the way it is but BTC awareness is necessary.

With every passing day bitcoin is advertise in various media from blog and online newspaper to tv and even something more. It could be that in next few years some companies will be paying in bitcoin for time spend on tv for commercial and we are close to this.

I have seen some TV advertisements here in Europe about bitcoin and I think it is a great opportunity to increase the bitcoin fans and users all over the world

It is safe to say that not everybody knows about bitcoins and so the better way to spread the word is through television advertisements! It sounds very interesting but we know that when people are watching shows and the commercial is on, it’s time for them to also go to the bathroom, get more popcorn, everything else and what not. No matter how wonderful the ad may be, if people would not pay attention to it, it’s useless.

We're past the stage of seeking publicity this way. Bitcoin gets tons of mainstream media coverage on regular basis, see press board.

Also, with the current state of affairs, Bitcoin is hard to present in a way appealing to the masses. It's slow, expensive, not-so-much-anonymous and decentralisation is constantly being questioned. The only attractive side, from the average Joe's point of view, is probably price going up, giving opportunity for easy gains.

they have already done that in some TV programs when they talked about bitcoin and what it is, and I once saw a program do a QR code giveaway kind of deal on TV.

none of it is going to help as much as you and I stop hoarding bitcoin and start spending it. because as we begin using bitcoin more as a currency, the more merchants will be willing to accept it as a payment and eventually the growth speeds up and we can see new kind of adoption. meaning real bitcoin users not more speculators.

yes I think like you. But this is only possible with countries that are accepting bitcoins. Countries that are banned by the government for bitcoin trade are difficult. So bitcoin can only promote on social networking sites.

Doing that as individuals, would require a campaign or collecting funds and then deciding WHICH TV's that we will advertise in, and that would be an issue in it's own, beside seeing an ad, some people will assume BTC is a company or another for-profit project, not an open currency.
This (running ads) should be a job for bitcoin large enterprises that benefit with increases adoption, some of those millions should be reinvested into ads.

For me, I read some article that said that they already advertise bitcoin on T.V but maybe it is on a local channel, but I’m not entirely sure about it. But advertising bitcoin on T.V will be a great way to promote it, yes, some news tells something about bitcoin and some people are now curious about bitcoin. I know that curiosity is triggering some people to explore new things or to know new things.

That would really elevate bitcoins reputation and further promote bitcoins on a very wide scale.
Even the ones we heard that were or can be considered bad media proved to be effective
Forms of advertisements for bitcoins. People tend to get curious and are actually well informed
With multiple resources. I think with the attention bitcoin receives from this type of media
Coverage will surely allow people to get into investing.

Doing some tv advertising it's not a good idea, Bitcoin developers are not going to do that 'coz it's too expensive. They will depends on the ads from the ico which promoting crypto and Bitcoin is a part of it.

I think one of the bitcoin companies or exchanges such as Coinbase would be better placed to run advertisements rather than a general bitcoin advert, it would be difficult for the community to organise something like this.
