Though advertising on TV is good idea but practicaly it is very difficult if not possible. There is no controller no group owning bitcoin so who you think will come forward spend money for advertisement I think nobody will get ready.
I've just thought about this for a moment but, if we want bitcoin to get more popularity, attention or acceptance would it be nice to make some advertisement about it on T.V.? I don't know if in other countries they advertise bitcoin but in my country, I haven't seen one. How do you think advertising bitcoin will affect the people? Any thoughts?
I think is a bad idea for your promotion. Since bitcoin is internet currency and working Online not offline. Better to advertise it on internet. Running your ads on TV Won't gives you any profit. Since more the half people still don't not what is bitcoins and its use .What if government against it? Its a highly risky they not only take action against that channel they can also charge you.
In my country, bitcoin only appeared on the news during the time it surged past the $11000 mark. I took it to myself to ask my friends if they knew anything about bitcoin and to my surprise, just a few of them had heard the name bitcoin, they did not actually know what it was though they remember hearing the name.

Advertising Bitcoin on TV is a good ides but there are best and much economic ideas as well. Of course getting you advertisement on TV is costly. Besides, why do we need to advertise Bitcoin on TV if it itself is a technology. No body advertises money or currency on TV right! This technology will attract investors as it grows with time. Mail had few users in the start and it grew to more than Billion in the later years, give it time and you will see its potential.
Now, advertise Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies on the media and social network is not accepted but i think that for Bitcoin, we don't need advertise it because news of Bitcoin always appear on the media of my country when the price of Bitcoin fluctuate but of course they always slur about Bitcoin, this is very easy to understand because the media is always same viewpoint with the government so they can't give honest statements about Bitcoin.

Yes I think it is very important and effective information.only government can contribute bitcoin legality. If government take a better step to improvalise bitcoin then it would bring a good success. Great idea . Television and others media is helpful source of Bitcoin and others altcoins. If people show the advertise in television they understand the market and value of token and currency as asual.
its great if some country can accept bitcoin, but if with the country that not accepted bitcoin? maybe its the problem because the government do not believe, not suggest, does not confirm this confirm, maybe its like violation of law.
In my country there is many TV advertisement already, but it is in negative attitude mostly, so the people would think about bitcoin as a bubble...

but the real question is, did they do advertise it on t.v? as of now , i still didnt see any crypto related stuffs that has been advertise from t.v aside from news on bloomberg and cnn because i already see bitcoins from a news once in a while. crypto related news do also help a little bit because many people do also watch news and i bet they are now aware on what are those things. In conclusion to this , i think bitcoin advertising in t.v is not really needed necesarilly because bitcoin nowadays is now verry popular all over the world.

I see bitcoin on TV everyday, am even getting tired of seeing it on TV, putting it on TV might not change alot of things, I would advice that we not just talk about crypto currency on TV, but we should do give away on crypto, we can start up good television show in which we talk about crypto, Al about the benefits, eg how to trade crypto currency and other crypto talk.
A lot of TV shows mention Bitcoin and the news that is broadcasted every hour mention this cryptocurrency as well. I think this is something better than the advertising. Even people that never heard about BTC get the information about it.
I think that's a good idea, if bitcoin will advertise in TV people will know what is bitcoin and what it can bring to our lives, people will have education on how bitcoin works, so for me its good.
Doing more advertisement can help to spread the positive news about bitcoin because there some negative news that are currently spreading. So, advertisement may help to clear those negative news.
This idea would be great for those who want to make a real investment in Bitcoin but it will be a threat to governments, especially banks. I think the banks will definitely link up with the media so they limit the good news about Bitcoin

TV adverts are becoming obsolete with the advent of influencer marketing,traditional TV often time are within government control and regulations and may not be at liberty to promote bitcoin openly.It will be nice though if bitcoin can actually gain much more adoption in a short time.Bitcoin related projects can run adverts.
in my country, people go on air (radio stations) to create awareness about bitcoin. some radio stations actually have programs where they invite someone to the studio to speak extensively on bitcoin. people advertise on various blogs but for T.V i have not seen any. do not know if T.V stations will allow that
good bitcoin is also advertised on television because the best media can reach people who do not know bitcoin and to reach bitcoin users in just fine, this makes bitcoin will become a popouler in the market and stay well.
