Here in my place, never heard about bitcoin televised in advertisements or in the news. But, talking of advertisement on television, it will surely cost money. Today, we are widely aware of the internet and social media where we can spread information about it (even some social media companies are planning or already restricted it), using the web is much more cheaper and can easily be propagated if given the support needed.
it's been broadcasted on TV and social media but there are still many people who have not understood it but already many who use it as a source of income or work and also very helpful if all social media advertise it can be a source of news that can be absorbed by society 
I've just thought about this for a moment but, if we want bitcoin to get more popularity, attention or acceptance would it be nice to make some advertisement about it on T.V.? I don't know if in other countries they advertise bitcoin but in my country, I haven't seen one. How do you think advertising bitcoin will affect the people? Any thoughts?
It can be a good thing to advertise Bitcoin in television but some government and media corporation are making some bad news about the cryptocurrency. Like here in the Philippines Failon Ngayon's pinpointing bitcoin as a way of scamming people their investment and money its such a nuisance for the growth of bitcoin community here in the Philippines they should also make an episode on the good side of bitcoin not only the dark side of it. -_-
It is necessary to choose the most powerful arguments why it is worth investing in bitcoin and most importantly, to prove that it is safe. This is usually the main obstacle for some people.

I think bitcoin would be more influential if bitcoin will be advertised on the television. This will surely affect the growth of the number of people who uses bitcoin. We all know how influential television advertisements are but I don't think we are close to having bitcoin advertised on tv. It should be legalized first so that every country will have the chance of knowing bitcoin.

I honestly don’t know who will do that? If bitcoin was run by one individual then I could see this happening, but it’s decentralized so who is going to advertise it? And, how it is going to benefit any individual? So, it clearly is not happening UNLESS government gets involved. But yes, I think this might be solid option for upcoming ICOs because they could gain attention. Right now, I have invested in Upfiring, so advertisement as such for them will be great not for something like Bitcoin or even Ethereum.
It is safe to say that not everybody knows about bitcoins and so the better way to spread the word is through television advertisements! It sounds very interesting but we know that when people are watching shows and the commercial is on, it’s time for them to also go to the bathroom, get more popcorn, everything else and what not. No matter how wonderful the ad may be, if people would not pay attention to it, it’s useless.

I think this is not feasible. Bitcoin is decentralized and out of government control, so who should pay for advertising? And in some countries, people are very controversial about the existence of Bitcoin, its image is negative, so the screen is displayed, there may be bad results.
This is a good idea, but in some countries bitcoin is forbidden to trade, and bitcoin is a virtual currency that is not controlled by the government. Who pays for its advertising costs?
I think Internet ads will be better than TV commercials. Nowadays everybody subconsciously thinks that TV commercials are deceptive. Therefore, the appearance of Bitcoin in television commercials only makes people think it is a fraudulent investment in the transmission of Bitcoin Help is not big.
It would be a good proposal, taking into account that the newspapers have dedicated themselves to discredit the currency, combating it with television directly could cause a great contribution to improve the interest in the currency. But who pays the campaign? What can be expected in the future is that large companies that accept payments with bitcoin include this detail within the commercial.

That would end the negative thoughts of people towards bitcoin like it is illegal, scam etc. They will really realize that there is no harm in this business and that you will learn while you earn here.
It's a great news to us, because the negative speculation of others are now change. But it will seen in the news few days ago. That is the way that the others wrong thought are now changing. It means many of the rich people can invest without any false suspicion.

So far, nowhere Bitcoin is being promoted on TV or through an advertisement. In fact, in actual even physical IPO are also not published extensively on TV, generally there is a print advertisement and further agents ask to invest.
If Bitcoin will be published on TV then it will become more popular among the masses. And, as soon it will be 100% popular, all government will be required to make it legal.
