I will go for investing my money in trading altcoins instead of wasting them on gambling as I am very well aware about my luck as it will never give me positive results and now I am not at all interested in loosing my hard earned coins behind gambling as it will take long time for me to earn them back.

Don't say that gambling is just a waste of money. It will depend on the gamblers perspective. There are investors that are making gambling as their main investments by putting a lot of bitcoins to the casino bankroll. But I'll go with investing but at the same time with some gambling on the side, but my focus is with investing.

What if you invest in yourself ? Or a business you know ? Bitcoin investments dont really exist because bitcoin is so volatile I guess.
You can count altcoins as investments too. Gambling is much better then HYIP though.

First, lets define "Bitcoin investments". In my mind it means "giving your bitcoins to someone with intent of getting more bitcoins later". There are many scams that offer this type of deal - hyips, cloud mining, ponzi schemes, scammy ICO's, etc. But there are also legit ways of investing - casino bankrolls and trading for example. But there's more! Here's the board called "Securities": https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=78.0
There are many different opportunities for investing there, and some of them are scams, so you should be very-very careful and never invest more than you can afford to lose.

Those are not even investments those are scams. If your objective is fun then gamble and try to win but don't see winning as the main attraction because the odds are against you but you can have a lucky run. If you want to make money and build up funds then invest. But invest in a legit imbestment or even invest in yourself or your own business or someone else's business.

Only gambling addicts believe gambling is the right way to make money.
Who? I will give all my money if ever they say that gambling is the right way to make money. If they provide me and fact or prove that gambling is the right way to make money. Me ever since i so long playing gambling, i have some time that am einning but mostly it will lost in a longrun

I don't have faith in any online casino as you never know when they will disappear with your money in future so I will prefer to invest my money so that I can hold total control on my funds and can move my funds from one place to another as and when required.
It's pretty simple mate, just do not invest, you only put your money on investment that you are confident. The only risk in investing in casinos are when it is hack or the owners will steal the money, other than that there are no more risk because most of the time casinos will end up winning.

House always wins but to invest your money in it you should do good research before investing and make sure that you are investing in a reputed casino that exists since long time and is paying its investors on regular basis.

Playing in a casino does have a big risk. We could lose all our money with a short time.
While investing gives us comfort, because we can still take action at critical times.

I think investing is the way to go. Nowadays, it is hard to find a reputable casino you trust. I have a thread where I track my investments in Crypto-Games, a site I have spent some time getting to know the owners and moderators in chat. Needless to say, investments have done well and I have never had any issues divesting or withdrawing my profit. Link below to my investment thread.

There are gambling sites with investment feature, you can invest as low as 10 mBTC. you won't profit much though if you invest low amount, the bigger amount you invest the bigger profit you'll make.

But we all know from past experience  so many gambling sites disappeared after "farming trust with good features". It isnt recommend to invest for daily revenue on gambling sites, instead of you can try  investing on future altcoins. Also you need to find affordable price on low rate, dont jump on train after prices skyrocketing. Gambling is for fun, enjoying from betting on your free time. That's why all known both  investors and lucky gamblers agrree on this statement: Don't gamble if you can't afford to lose that money..
Both are profitable actually but you just have to be very careful not to expose all your investment to one kind only, investing in casinos are profitable since they have been operating for so long which means they were able to cope up with their expenses and continue to make money. You are the one to decide what to do because you can make a research in everything you plan, be sure you do your best to be successful as that is what we aim for.

From my perspective, between the two sides, I would like to choose investment. It seems to be safe rather than gambling. From gambling you can't be assured of gaining profit but from investment gives you a assurance of providing profit. Gambling requires high risk but investment requires patience and observation.

I agree, investing is safer than gambling because we can rely on our experience and analysis skills to predict future situations, that helps us know if the risk is big or not and how much investment should be reasonable, luck is only a part. But in gambling, I can say that the risk from it is too big and I also can not think of any way I could help us win in gambling, we can only rely on luck, the strategy or skill would be useless if the house cheated on you. The concrete evidence is that the number of successful people in gambling is very low but with investment is quite high

It's a fact that investing is way safer than gambling any way you look at it. Try both and you'll immediately see the difference. though I think investing is much more suited for people who are more careful with their money and is more patient as well. Gambling deals with easier profit though you'll have lesser chance of certainty here. It's more of a game or recreation while investments for me is a more serious matter

What do you mean by invest in yourself? I will prefer to invest rather than to gamble but there are times that I can't think of way to sustain my needs when I'm seeing my investment on a falling line. I'm thinking of trying to go with gambling because most of the time I'm being attracted by those people that are winning good money in gambling.

You may get attracted by looking at the people who are winning regularly in gambling but you cannot expect that you will also get same results in gambling and there will be more chances that you keep on loosing your money regularly as in gambling you cannot have control on your money but if you invest your money in trading then you can control your funds and depending on movement in the price you can take decision of either selling or buying.

I am not they type of person that will invest Bitcoin into any Gambling websites because they usually scam people for their money since they don't last that long.

There are gambling site that were around for several years.  Though I agree there are some Casino site that shuts down but I bet they give notice to their investors and give them an option to withdraw their remaining investments.  Legit gambling casino are here not to scam people so better not to generalize them.  It would be better to name these Casino you are saying that aims to scam people than just making a blind accusation to all of them.

To invest in casinos is risky, but the return worth if the casino is trusted and is around here for some years already... I don't think all casinos are scam, if they are having a good source of profit from it they don't have reasons to scam their investors and users, but I'm sure if one or some of them want to "close the doors" they won't tell us about it, probably they would scam us before...
