It is probably because of bitcoin,this currency is just so fast and has such a great price fluctuations,that everybody who is in the phenomenon of bitcoin,will
be bored by other currencies or assets,because they are safe,slow which may mean also "boring"

currency bitcoin is really my love of price volatility. can sometimes make the rich in a short time. I was bored with stable prices. but at least if bitcoin prices stabilized at a high rate, I would be very happy. because maybe I'll take the trade altcoins, if bitcoin prices stable.

You're bored with stable price but don't you know once bitcoin get stabilized more people will be more seduce to join bitcoin because they know their money won't get smaller.

Well you're right, quite a long confirmation is a problem that can all bitcoin users. but the problem I often encounter is, so many new businesses are always promising a huge advantage, and this is very dangerous for beginners who are just learning looking bitcoin. if I think, I also had several times following their talk

Boring doesn't always mean bad. It can be a kind of boring, but slow and steady rise in terms of price. I would rather prefer that it gradually reaches new highs than see massive price swings here and there in a matter of days. But that is just me. Bitcoin is full of surprises and we might see more of it before the year ends.

the only problem that i have with bitcoin is using it, or the ability to use it as a currency to be precise. because there is no place in my country that accepts bitcoin as payment since people here don't really know about bitcoin. also all the places online have all kinds of payment systems except bitcoin which is annoying sometimes when i want to spend bitcoin and there is nowhere to spend it!

From my personal experience, the bitcoin confirmation is slow. That is because it has too many users and too small block size. It is solvable.

That's right,better to using an escrow at this time, maybe if will take a little amount of tax it's not a problem because it's will ensure your amount from scammed. but never using an online shopping without recommended escrow or online escrow.

There's an option that you can pay higher fee to make a quicker confirmation. This happens because paying higher fee will make your transaction being prioritize first for the miners.

Indeed we are now in a fee based battle for block space. Using 0.0005 fee always works for me to get into the next block.

I think fee should be proportion on what is the value we currently have because what if the value hit it's highest price then .0005 every transaction will really affect you because it will have a bigger price.

The fee (basically) should be proportionally to the size of the tx and obviously of your demand, anyway bitcoin fees are still low respect other method of payments.

Yes right as compared to other payments options bitcoin fee is less..But its same even for small transaction or any bigger transaction..so no issue for peoples sending high amounts..

Sadly... for the micropayment isn't the best method of payment, that's true ... but with the new incoming services like https://lightning.network/ the micropayments with bitcoin will be better.

yeah escrow is always a good decision to make in my opinion not to be scammed, i think the biggest problem is having to wait long time for confirmations

I can't see any problems on my own bitcoin experience, but many people just complaining about long transaction time and other stuff.

I think if you want to wait a minute maybe about 15 minutes or less than that normally you've got one confirmation. so I think it's a problem for people who can not wait

What is escrow? I've been hearing this word quite a lot ever since i joined this forum. I too would like safe and trustworthy trustactions so that i know that i'll make a good trade without being scamed.

escrow is a trusted person that acts as some kind of a middle man. he/she is going to keep the funds or the goods that is about to be traded in his possession until the trade takes place and then releases them to the other party.

for example you want to buy something from me. you give the agreed upon bitcoin to the escrow and as soon as he confirms it it will send you that thing and as soon as i send it to you the escrow give me the money.
