ico is dead and it's good for Ethereum cuz there is no bad mindset on ico again cuz every ico now is literally scam and just makes Ethereum becomes bad, having ieo is so much better I think, it's true that there are lots of good potential coins other than Ethereum while you waiting Ethereum to grow.

This is not only the case with Ethereum, but with other altcoins also. Crypto market is dry since the bullish run of December 2017, although there were a few swings. Be patient and accumulate Ethereum on dips, you will get benefits in the long run.

Do not take Ethereum in isolation from other cryptocurrencies. The whole market lost a lot in 2018, and to make it growing really fast, something unusual must happen. Well I have recently received a couple of advice as regards the current dwindling of the market value of ethereum that we should keep hope alive that sooner or later after halving of 2020 ethereum price may increase as compared to its current market price.A lot depends on whether the upgrade succeeds. On the one hand, no one will be surprised if the date will be posponed again, after all it has been done several times, on the other hand, this will not help the arrival of the bull run for Ethereum. However, there is still a lot of time until the end of 2020, so I think that whatever would happen, the price level of $250 should be easily achieved.

There's really no significant increase in price and I am not sure there will be anytime soon till they news of Ethereum upgrade breaks through because i believe that is what the cryptocurrency world expects. People are buying in rumour in the past but the time has changed that into the people are buying the real implementation of the protocol right now.

Nothing more than bad and failed ico project, they are the ones that did that to Ethereum, let us not overlook the fact that for Ethereum to grow, people must be having demand for the coin, and the two major things that has been creating demand for the for Ethereum is ico projects that are built on ecr20 token and the use of Ethereum for payment purpose itself. If I may ask you, what makes you demand for ethereum coin? You demand for ethereum coin either because you want to use it to purchase these ico project or you want to use it to make payment for things, but when last did you buy ethereum token for ico, it must have been very long because there are no much ecr20 tokens that is really doing very well because of the lack of investors’ interest on those projects as a result of scam and lots of failed projects.

Nothing is happening to ethereum, the developers of ethereum are doing some upgrades but investors are too busy with bitcoin to realize this, once bitcoin finally stops moving and reaches a more stable price we may see investors trying to find other coins to get profits and the first coin in their list will be ethereum, when that happens I will not be surprised if ethereum reaches a price of 500 to 600 so if you feel you can hold your ethereum for some months or even a year then this is a good moment to buy it.

I know this is the speculation thread but, people, stop with the baseless speculation. Ethereum's development pace has been consistent throughout the years. And now they have more developers actively participating in various aspects of the Ethereum network. The only variable that is fluctuating is investor sentiment and the price.

I think it's because many people no longer want to hold Ethereum and trade it. because the fee of ETH is now very expensive compared to normal and exchanges also increased withdraw costs.That's why many people no longer want to hold ETH and they switch to buying XRP or Litecoin to reduce costs when they move away.
