Hello my fellow forum members , please I don’t know if It will be nice for me to ask this question here because while going through some boards I came across child boards , gambling ,services and so on and when I opened the services I saw some mangers advertising some sites to work on .

Additionally, the managers where very specific of the ranks that will apply for the campaign , some will say from members down to legendary while some will say from full member down to legendary, please I am confused here and I don’t  know if one the mangers will make out time to educate us the newbies about the signature campaign and the need for it thanks  .

I can see @Paid2 already suggested two Links (Posts) which I think explain pretty much everything about Signature campaigns and benefits of it. first post is from @CryptopreneurBrainboss which himself is one of the most renowned Campaign managers of this fourm.
Basically Signature Campaign is run in this forum to advertise a Company or Project, like Exchanges, Gambling sites, New Launching Altcoins and Tokens ETC.
the reason behind looking higher ranks is because managers want to ensure that they only hire users who have been in this forum for long enough and understand this forum and Bitcoin and Crypto in generall very well. also higher rank members have the ability to wear Better Looking Signatures. and can have multiple links in it. which is much better for the project's marketing.

Maybe the confusion stems from how do projects get money to pay those wearing and advertising their logos, right? I think someone indirectly addressed that by their mention of the level of traffic that hits this forum. Investors check this forum from time to time to find projects to invest in. To get visibility and allow such exposure happen, projects come here to get members to wear their logos and make posts. These posts they compensate posters for. They hire managers who then make selections based on what ranks and users they believe can get them the milage and exposure they want. It's the usual advertising type of thing in real live with traditional offline companies paying for PR and all that.

That's my simple way of explaining that.

To understand a signature campaign you need to first understand the ranking structure of the forum. Your rank at the moment is Jr. Member and for any users to participate in a signature campaign they need to be Full Member. There are a few signature campaigns that sometimes onboard users who have Member rank. For any user to rank up they first need to focus on learning about Bitcoin and altcoins and building up the account reputation. Another important thing that you should know is that not every high ranking user gets selected for a signature campaign, a lot depends on the posting quality and posting habits of the user.

The forum has its member ranks and with each rank, there are some limitations on personal text, avatar, total characters in signature space.
Perhaps the allowed signature styling should change with activity score / membergroup. Like:
- Newbie: No styling (including links) allowed. Max 40 characters.
- Jr. Member: Links allowed. Max 100 characters.
- Member: Unlimited length.
- Full: Color allowed.
- Sr. Member: Size allowed
- Hero: Background color allowed

Then newbies will be less effective advertisers, which would hopefully significantly reduce the incentive for low-content posts. And when people become capable of effectively advertising through their signatures, they'll have invested a lot of time into their accounts, and they won't risk being banned by spamming.
Companies advertise here through signature campaigns and with a higher member rank, the signature space will be allowed with more characters, that means better for advertisement.

You can visit Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns and click on one signature campaign, to see differences among signature display for different ranks.

More about ranks.

If I were you, all will do is to sit down, take time in reading through a campaign thread and understand the rules and regulations there, see how others are applying and also make wait to see how they were being accepted.

The signature campaigns you're seeing are only a means to advertise for a particular organization, you can decide to do so or not.

Bitcointalk signature campaign is harnessing community engagement promotion for casino and cryptocurrency-related projects it includes presenting the project name and service to the crypto enthusiasts and those that need the casino/project service.
I believe the concept of the campaign was introduced through the purpose and mission Satoshi hard for this forum to be for crypto-related businesses, casinos, blockchain, and cryptocurrency to announce their establishment, important upgrades, events, advertisements, etc.

I don't think you need to study specifically to take part in the Signature campaign, what you need to do is keep posting with good quality posts so that you have enough merit and a good reputation. If you already have a rank, merit and good posting, you can register in the campaign signature

I think it's best for now that you don't need to think about joining a signature campaign, if you're here for that purpose you'll probably be disappointed because there are a lot of competitors and if you rank enough to apply, you won't necessarily be accepted, so just enjoy the forum, and you will always be happy to post with or without a campaign

this is just an assumption on my side but I think this happens because of what the gambling sites, companies, or projects that will be sponsoring the signature campaign want. if you visit the signature campaign overview long enough you'll even see signature campaigns that are only accepting Hero Members to Legendary and sometimes only Legendary members.

Not going to repeat what others already said. I'll just answer part about different ranks. Not every campaign accept lower rank participants because their signatures have various limits. For example, Members can put links only without any effects, Full Members can different colors, Sr. members can have bigger size of text and Hero can have color in background. You can see these things more detailed here:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/forum-rankspositionsbadges-what-do-those-shiny-coins-under-my-name-mean-178608
So, shortly, campaign managers prefer higher ranked members because they can have more eye-catching signatures, what will give mire visibility.

And I may add campaigns that accept lower ranked members like Junior are those coming from altcoin bounty campaign because they not paying trade able coins like Bitcoin but they only pay with their own token which has no value during the campaign but will only have once they reach the campaign, if you are interested in the signature campaign, you may start from this kind of campaign and just join the signature campaign that pays trade able coin later when you have a good rank.

Signature campaigns are promotional activities in the Bitcointalk forum for one of the projects or platforms managed by one of the managers in order to spread among the crypto enthusiasts here since this forum is the oldest and largest forum in the crypto arena. Each campaign has joining conditions set by the campaign manager in agreement with the client seeking promotion. There are rates for posts, payments, and more, as these campaigns depend on members’ constructive contributions. Participants support the project or platform by wearing avatars and signatures, and payment is made based on the specified payment rate for the campaign. Typically, participants receive BTC payments if the signature campaign is in the Service board, provided they comply with the campaign rules they joined and adhere to forum guidelines. As for receiving altcoins, bounty campaigns pay in altcoins in the "Bounties (Altcoins)" board.

You can try hard to benefit the members, pay attention to the quality of your posts and topics, and adhere to the rules and instructions, and when you reach a good rank, you can participate. Good luck to you.

I opened the services I saw some mangers advertising some sites to work on .
The services section is where members can advertise the services they offer and roles they are looking to fill. This could be any skill or service you have that is of demand.

Signature campaigns are gigs businesses advertise through campaign managers. They are looking for promotion on the forum and achieve that by having their brands on display in signatures of regular posters. It commonly also includes the avatar space and sometimes personal text.

Through signature campaigns crypto projects/businesses advertise on this forum, hoping to attract more customers and grow their business. These projects hire campaign managers who in turn hire forum users based on their ranks and reputation, and they are going to participate in the campaign and earn some bucks stipulated by the manager. For the campaign participants their role is simple, wear the signature, avatar and personal text, and then participate in discussions that interest them around the forum.

It is very simple. In this forum, you can rent your signature space. Not all users can do that, usually it's Sr. Member and above. Why would one pay you to wear their product? Because, this site has a lot of traffic; probably millions of visits each month. If you have posts in thousands of pages, then you're appreciated in that matter (campaign managers look a lot more than that, but it counts). Another factor is merits, which determines how the rest of the users appreciate you.

Overall, this forum incentivizes quality posting, even though it might encourage shitposting sometimes.
