Why do most new Altcoins list on Bittrex first before other bigger Exchanges like Poloniex.  Are they less strict or what? What exactly is happening.

What made you say that? Cryptopia, Nova and Yobit are also one of the exchanges where some devs list their coins before the others. There is nothing special and poloniex is stricter compared to bittrex if you are just new to trading.

As far as i know yes, bittrex is less strict in terms of listing.

Also, right now bittrex has more volume consistently than poloniex. Since all the troubles that poloniex has gone through and still people are complaining about their withdrawals, deposits and verification, bittrex has gained a lot more attention and appreciation(though they have their issues too).

Pretty sure that on bittrex you can pay a flat fee to get your coin listed too.

I don't see many altcoins listing on Bittrex. I wish more of the coins I'm invested in would actually trade on bittrex honestly.

But the reason people like Bittrex is that it is supposedly an american based exchange and it's not overly complex to get listed their if you have a good market cap. For the most part people trust the exchange not to just close and steal everyone's coins and tokens.

IMO it's not the best website, but the fees are reasonable and the transaction times are good.

bittrex is quite good trading platform it has many types of coin that poloniex floor does not have. There is one thing I do not like about bittrex is that each time I withdraw money on a high cost in a withdrawal but the money in my wallet for 10-15 minutes

I used to solely use poloniex but i witnessed 1 very dubious
event relating to Ripple a number of months ago which left me
wondering what happened.

I have read here on BCT of other smelly things happening there
and of a lot of people migrating from poloniex and Kraken to
BITTREX, why?

Because its straight up, no messing, everything happens as its
supposed to!

Bittrex is a very old and reputable exchanger, and bittrex is quite strict with the alt coin, some of the not potential alt coin had ever being delisted from bittrex, bittrex also got a very good security, unfortunately now using bittrex need id verification to withdraw bitcoin

I don't see anything special to it and I see it as a more of a trusted exchange. The good thing about bittrex is they don't list a lot of coins but only those potential and promising coins. It also has a lot of traders that you'll able to know what coin is interesting to invest because of the amount of volume of btc it shows.

because the developer targets bittrex as its first exchanger and also many of its requests from investors to be listed in bittrex.

one of the first reason is security next reason is good wallet compare to other wallets. in my openion bittrex is much better then to other wallets. and it is work good and friendly nature. giving fast response out put. for this reasons we have to using this wallet. we have to keep hold number of coins in to this wallet so it has great demand in the market.depositing withdraw and keep holding is more secure.for that reason we have to using this wallet.

Bittrex is better because we know owner's faces, this is not happening with Polo.

In my opinion, bittrex is much better than polo. It has a friendly inteface, it's simple to use, the support team is accessible and the operations are fast.

There is really nothing special about Bittrex but they know how to value the traders there, their withdrawals and deposits are fast and they have less issues with regard to sending tickets if you have any problems with your deposit and withdrawals.

Poloniex isnt clear in what coins they add to what conditions.
Got the feeling if you offer a big bag of bucks as developer they will add the crypto coin sooner.

The only new coins Poloniex has listed this year are ETC and BCH, and they did both reluctantly. I think a coin would have to have huge volume for them to consider listing it. Especially as they are barely managing to maintain the wallets on the coins they do list.

BTW, if people want a huge choice of alts to trade, try HITBTC - they have coins that no-one else seems to have.

Listing in Bittrex is not much problem, if you got 3btc to pay fees then you can list your coin anytime and it is also a good reputation for the coin to get listed in Bittrex as their are so many whales who play with coins and the coin get more recognition
This is not true. Listing any coin in bittrex must be passed from their compliance rules which isn't easy to pass. Once your coin passed, they will offering you 3 btc as fees to help advertize your coin.

Poloniex used to have a huge number of coins, but in about March they culled a lot of them as they weren't doing a lot of trade and were just gumming up their engine. When a trading engine gets to a certain size with lots of users, you can't afford the small coins, because they slow the whole thing down.

Kraken has just removed a whole bunch of pairs too, to improve the performance of their engine.

With Bittrex - they do list coins, but they also aggresively delist them if the volume of trades falls in a two week period.
As an exchanger delisting inactive coins would really be always suggested or a thing must do by them because if they would just let it be there on the exchange it would really slow things up and would really affect their service. Talking about bittrex most coins or some coins do easily get listed on their compared on other reputable exchange too like polo. I dont know regarding on their policies or guidelines to be listed but dont matter at all and we should be thankful on that.
