Stake is the percentage of the total allocated budget for the mentioned campaign.
I believe the above definition as the most correct one.
Stakes are not tokens or coins, and thus in some campaigns 01 stakes may equal to very low unit of tokens/coins due to a large number of participants.

I think that this is a certain part of the budget. There are a lot of such parts and their number depends on the number of participants in the project. The size of this part is also determined individually for each participant based on his rank on the forum

Is it a token or a coin?
Token or coin, it's just the same. But there's no exact value amount or number the stakes you will receive from any bounty campaign that you joined.

You are lucky if the bounty gets a lot of investors and was able to reach their hard cap or even only their soft cap.

But you are unlucky if the bounty stops at the middle of it campaign and declares they will no longer pursue it.

Normally stakes are calculated and divided base on the standard allocation they will give weekly / monthly.

Roughly speaking, this part includes a certain number of tokens and the higher your rank on the forum or the more your channel on YouTube, for example, the more these parts you will get for the work done and the more these parts will contain tokens

Stakes are based on their membership level, they will allocate stakes on weekly basis for the work you are doing. Like you there are many people working on the different campaign, so for each campaign, they will allocate some % which represents the token. Once ICO end, they will start calculating all the stakes earned by the participants and they will divide total no of coin by total stakes.

What the others above said were true. Stake is a share or reward where participants will get an uncertain amount of token base on the output of the ICO. But most of the ICO's that are successful will give better stakes to the participants and most of the time, the higher the rank you are, the better stake you'll get. Also there are tasks or bounties that are not only basing on the rank but basing on the quality of your work like translation, article writing, etc.

I often see "stake" in some bounty projects, where they pay amount of "stake" per week. What is "stake" here? Is it a token or a coin?

stakes is like a share and your overall stakes will be counted after the ico have succesfully ended. you will then recieved your rewards based on your stakes. stakes is also depends on your current rank, the higher your rank the higher stake you will get and the lower your rank the lower the stake you will get ( vice versa ) you could also click the link above , to know more explanation about stakes and how bounty rewards works.
