Actually I really advocate using hardware wallet for keeping crypto currency but I also in favor of online wallet as this wallet have some advantages over the hardware wallet. It is susceptible to hacking which can be solved by using tight security.

I think Xapo, With Xapo you can check your account, check the value of Bitcoin at any given time and even let you send a tip to the creator on another site.

Thanks. I forgot about Xapo. I will check if it suits me.
Most of the members here stopped using Xapo because of the changes that it did last year, fees were too high but I don't know on how they are performing right now.

Is there fiat withdrawal on Blockchain wallet? I haven't seen one.
Right, there's no way to withdraw on blockchain.com wallet to fiat transactions. But if you want to convert your Bitcoin to Ethereum on using them, they have their own way of doing it.

https://login.blockchain.com/#/exchange

I found Cryptology app. It works in Europe to withdraw in EUR to my bank account which is ok for me. But to have my funds straight to the card.
I have no experience with this app but if it suits you best, try and see on how it's reliable on your part.

I've no access to Coinbase, so I'm looking for a simple app that will help me to exchange my crypto salary to my card or bank account.

I believe we have so many people there so smb knows the solution and can share it. Thanks!
It depends on where you are, so which country are you from? find a reputable local Bitcoin exchange that will let you sell your Bitcoin/cryptocurrency and receive the payment directly to your bank account, I'm sure if your country has no issue with Bitcoin there is/are exchanges already available locally, but also be sure that your bank allows buying and selling cryptocurrencies because there are some that freezing customers account because of have transactions related to cryptocurrency. Some alternatives are Bitcoin atms or sell it here in the forum using an escrow.

In the meantime, I found several apps but I'm not sure if they are reliable.

I saw that Bittrex added usd exchange but they don't have app as far as I know.

Not so long ago Ethos released their wallet but there is no fiat.

I now there is Shapeshift which is not working for me too.

Are there more options?

The best app in my opinion is localbitcoin, which is for me the best and the easiest way to exchange bitcoin in to fiat in many ways, like bank transfer, paypal, gift cards and even meet personally and exchange it cash, there are a lot of buyers and sellers who have decent offers and you can find many local exchangers, and the app as an escrow system so it is highly secure.

Any exchange that offers fiat pairings and has an app will let you do this. Bitstamp, Bitfinex and Kraken are all popular exchanges with USD pairings. Other exchanges will offer other fiat currencies.

Yep, I know that some of them have USD pairings but as well those exchanges or pairings are not available in Russia, for example.

There are many factors which needs to be known to answer this question. We need your physical location, that is in which country you are. This can help in identifying the right wallet fro you which is able to do this conversion for you in your local jurisdiction. This is important because not all the wallets will give you permission to do so as long as they are not abiding to the local laws. If you want to skip this step then I would recommend you to go for localbitcoins which is the best option to do p2p transaction. Easy.

Well, I'm interested in terms of Russia and in terms of Europe.

As for Russia, here we don't have access to Coinbase and Bitfinex, for example.

I don't know about any app but I can recommend localbitcoins.com to you. I have been using their services since a long time now and if you are diligent enough, you should not face any issues with this platform. They offer an inbuilt escrow service through which you can secure your funds before receiving the actual fiat money into your bank account.

By the way, which company you work for? As you have mentioned you receive your salary in bitcoin so I am just intrigued!

I know localbitcoins but it is like 20% commission or smth like that, right? Escrow is good but I believe there are better options to exchange crypto.

I work with several projects as a remote Community Lead.
