I'd like to recommend you the signature campaigns, because joining a signature campaigns doesn't need a capital to join. You just need to reach their minimum numbers of post you have to make every week, to be paid well.

Instead of trying for a faucet program, like to suggest you to try some gambling sites as there are many gambling houses are providing attractive affiliate benefits. Other than gambling sites, you may also try forex platform's affiliate programs, they are also paying decent rates.

Maybe it doesn't work for gambling so much. Most gambling sign ups are looking for ways to abuse the faucet or for some free winning strategy etc. It only takes 1 high roller to sign up through you though and you are set. I've had 1 guy out of 100+ make 90% of the returns.

in my opinion it really doesn't matter what program you join to make money through affiliate program. of course that is only as long as their payment is at a decent level and they are honest.

what matters is how you are going to gather those affiliates, for example just putting the link of any of these programs in your signature and spamming the forum will never get you anything. or a lot of other ways like traffic exchange, banners, .... and many other ways that are usually common.

you have to come up with ways to find real people who may be interested in the program and advertise to them and make them sign up with your link.

also if my sclerosis doesn't betray me,there were several similar topics here on bitcointalk services discussion board,use search to find them
if I were you I would start with gambling or exchange sites affiliate programmes,you can put them on your blog or site or promote through ad networks
if you can generate traffic it is a whole different story:VPN,hosting,CPA offers etc etc.
some affiliate marketers are making hundreds USD daily
you have to do research and find the best ones by trial and errors,none in his right mind would give you working schemes like buy traffic here-use it here

Earnings from referrals are usually from the deposit amount of the person that you referred. I suggest that you look for a gambling site that has a affiliate program. For example, satoshimines.com. Look for a "tutorial" and write a step-by-step method, then put your referral link at the bottom. You could also do this in website like PrimeDice. And since it is a gambling site, there's a tendency that they will get addicted to it. That means more referral earnings for you.

for me, i am using freebitco.in affiliate and it gives me a good amount in a week Grin

and yes you should spread and tell about your affiliate so you can get new member in a day. but don't do too much because it will not good for you.
