Before the best casino is Just-dice but they are now gone. I think the best now is Primedice.
Tried many dice site and still prefer primedice the most. Also like the level up function...
I personally enjoy playing on 777coin, LuckyBit and PrimeDice the most.

Still bad in my opinion. It is delusional to think that they are 'giving' you something. They are trying to hook you.
I haven't changed my mind in the past 4 months (my previous post in this thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.7275149) and still think the best gambling site is PD.
A number of good-looking sites appeared and a number of sites turned to be a scam, but still PD is there at the top spot of trustworthiness.

I would suggest you to stay away from 999dice. It has been accused of faking the site bankroll and the owner decided to leave bitcointalk instead of responding to the accusation.
