One nice thing about SatoshiDICE is that it is easy to externally audit.  It grew so fast because it was among the best methods for wagering.   There is no way for me to know for sure if the wagers that appear in the chat (troll) box for wallet-based wagering sites are actual wagers or if they've been fabricated to make it look like lots of play is occurring.

BitZino had publicly shared some growth numbers some time ago and they were impressive:

But still even if all the Bitcoin-based online casino sites were doing as well, the aggregate amount is still a tiny fraction of all online wagering, which itself is a tiny fraction of casino gaming that occurs.

But not having the most popular wagering service doesn't mean it isn't either sustainable or useful.  But collectively the sites keep getting better (e.g., see http://BitcoinVideoCasino.com's latest update), providing more value (e.g., the higher payout available with http://just-dice.com), available in a wider scale (e.g., Bitcoin Video Casino's mobile app for Android), more entertaining (e.g., ....  [your suggestions here]), etc.

Well, if you are trying to find a Bitcoin casino, I suggest you search for threads in the forum's Gambling section. There are many creative ideas, such as dice and circle games. I would have to disagree if somebody told me BTC casinos are hard to find. They're everywhere. You just have to look Wink

IMO Dragon's tale is an extremely good MMO/casino game.  They allow deposits as well as withdrawls in game and it is instant.  They also give out free bitcoins.  Caught my attention and have not been away from game for a while.
I tried it and I didn't understand it at all. In my opinion someone should be able to join and instantly know what he or she must do to play.

https://just-dice.com is one of the best especially because of the investing tab. I'm not the owner.

Why do you want to loose your Bitcoins? Better give me them, I will make a better use  Tongue
If you want to play for fun then gamble with imaginary money (demo casino).
If you still insist then peerbet.org is the only site you want to gamble on.
Why? Because they don't have house EDGE. I hope you understand the importance of that...

I like bitzino.com because you can bet from 1 µBTC. For poker I prefer sealswithclubs.eu. Peerbet.org is good too because no house edge.

sealswithclubs.eu is good for poker.  I am new to bitcoin, but not online poker. I think the gambling platform is of a former Euro site before it went down in 2011. It is good enough to multi-table a few different poker games at once. I have already cashed out 5 times and I just started 7 days ago.  I knew nothing of getting Bitcoins so I freerolled my smallish bankroll on the site. It is adequete enough for the smallest of poker games. There are freerolls every hour worth .05 BTC each time.

Three days ago, I received my first stake from "pistolslap" for 2 BTC. I have already paid that back for a total of 2.6 BTC after interest. While I will continue to do business with pistolslap. I am looking for more investors.

I am looking for a total investment of 20 BTC with a payback of 26 BTC (+6 BTC interest) paid within 30 days of selling out all shares. As I am new (although hardly to poker staking - 2+ year member at poker staking site - never any problems - always paid stakers back) I am willing to buy 10% - 20% shares of myself and escrow it with a reputable member of this community.

If you would like to become a lender,

reply with % of investment wanted

If you want to play traditional games, I suggest bc-casino.com, bitzino.com or both. Both have very fast cashouts. bc-casino has a wider variety of games and a much nicer interface.

Bitzino shows a bunch of confusing math showing each hand to prove that they are not cheating you. I also slightly prefer bitzino's blackjack rules - specifically at Bitzino, the dealer peeks for blackjack with an ace or 10 showing. At bc-casino the dealer does not peek for blackjack.

There are also a bunch of really weird gambling games at other sites that you would never find in a casino. Those can be fun, too. Just make sure you check on the forums to see if a gambling site has any reputation because there have been a lot of rip off sites out there.
