Currently near to 60k BTC it's really cheap when you think about the last ATH at 120k BTC.

All your other coins looks pretty fine. I would also like to add LISK as the rebranding is coming soon, it may raise the price. They are also planning to release SDK at the end of three year. It is definately a good coin for long term hold.
In my opinion, Ethereum is good to buy beside BTC 
Omsiego looks a decent bet to me. Regalcoin for the short term (highly risky).

Verge, Ark, OmiseGo, Qtum are very strong coins. I have them all but I suppose Verge should be pumped more than others. BTW check out ZEN. They plan to release masternodes soon.
